Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Drama

Maria is a great host. She responded quickly anytime and she was very helpful. Her place is on a central location in Kavala, very clean, the beds are big, the terrace is amazing. There is anything you need. There is a public parking 2 minutes away, there are many grocery stores around the location. It is 5 minutes away from the very center and it is pet free which we found amazing!!! Highly recommend and definitely come back!

The home was very thoughtful with modern design and fully equipped. The view from the balcony is magical and gives you the opportunity to travel through the city and the endless blue of the sea. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend 🫶

Great apartment. Very clean and tidy. Close to shops and restaurants. Took 15 min to walk to the beach with kids, so adults could get there faster😊the only stressful thing was driving and finding parking spaces in kavala. But that’s not our hosts problem at all.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is very centrally located. The communication with Evangelia was very good.

everything was as shown in the photos. It is a small place in the city, you visit every place to visit in 2 days. The only problem with the house was on the main street, there was traffic sound. The house is very clean, the host is instantly backwards, a warm environment, and there is everything you need in the ideal house for a family of 4.

Really a nice family in the middle of the village. Mountain hiking, swimming in the sea, swimming in the moor and Greek culture about the same distance away, but all 30 to 50 min away - very balanced stay. Everything was fine throughout the stay all August long.

Staying at Diana's house has been a wonderful experience. The house was spotlessly clean, convenient, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. It easily fit more people. We were a group of eight and always had enough dishes, cutlery and space to sit all together. We loved the seating areas outside the house. At any time of the day there was a spot in the shade where you could eat or just chill and enjoy the stunning nature around. Some of us regularly took a nap on the sofa outside. As mentioned by Diana, the beach was stoney and there were urchins, so shoes were definitely needed. The water was very clear and it was perfect for snorkelling. Plenty of sea life to see. Easy to paddle or row to other nearby beaches or to a cliff jumping spot if you feel adventurous. While the village and the organised beaches were quite busy, we were mostly by ourselves. Diana has been an amazing host - very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall, a place to come back to!

The room is located in a quiet countryside. The room is neatly arranged and clean. The host is very welcoming.

The place was amazing, very clean and spacious. Both of the balconies were very nice especially to get your morning coffee. The only issue was that one of the bedrooms was just above the road and it was quite noisy during the night, so if you are a light sleeper it could be an issue. Our host - Maria was extremely polite and friendly, she gave as amazing recommendations for places in Kavala. I would be happy to visit the place again.

We loved our stay at the seaside serenity house. The location is perfect - on a quieter part of the beach, within 5 minutes walk from the busier part of the village. It creates the impression you are on a private beach but you are so close to everything else. The Frog Beach Lounge next to the house had friendly stuff and tasty food. I enjoyed having a cocktail on the sunbeds. We were 5 adults, a 3 year old and a baby. Everyone enjoyed their stay. It was our first time in Nea Iraklitsa and I am very happy with our choice.

A large spacious property with great covered verandas overlooking expansive garden and countryside. Well equipped, easy access to transport route, yet off the beaten track. Very relaxing.

The apartment was what we expected. Very clean, close to the beach and very well equipped. Gianna the host was very attentive and friendly, always ready to make our life easier. Definetely, a place to come back if visiting Kavala again.

A suitable place for crowded families in Kavala was given information about the home and environment with a host. I recommend that the house meets all the needs of crowded families.

If I could give this place 6stars I would. It is an Uber luxurious &PRIVATE townhouse only a few steps from the beach, major market,restaurants. The furnishings&lighting are exquisite& the split-level layout offers sunlit communal spaces&private bedrooms. Custom closets, washer/dryer combo,Bosch oven,luxe sleeper-couch,high-pressure shower, ductless heat/cold system & two terraces (the large one off bedroom has a recessed balcony so it’s totally private). The location cannot be improved since it’s across the street from Rapsani beach the sandy strip closest to the center of Kavala & the short walk to town is beachside. Can find anything at supermarket across street or have fresh food delivered (homemade meals, grilled local fish). owners were kind and helpful, &live local but not on premises - which is a stand-alone structure with a mirrored private entrance right on Main Street. No stairs or lobby, the door opens into the soaring living space w/marble walls & lit staircase. Amazing

What can I say. the apartment was great. Truly an incredible view to wake up to. Friendly and responsive host. great for our family. Easy to find, easy street parking. Food in the area was great. greek vanilla pastry is the best.. we would rate the place very highly. The only thing is the carrying of luggage up the stairs, but it's worth it. thank you for the great stay.

Konstantina is a great host. The studios she offered are very comfortable. We had a studio for 4 people (two adults and two children). It had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. We most enjoyed the barbecue area with authentic Greek stone and romantic lighting. Location is amazing. A must visit again. Thanks for everything!

A modern and well decorated apartment. Furnished and fitted with everything you need. Host was so nice too. Great location in quiet part of town with a short walk to the centre and beach. Local Supermarket and tavernas close by.
