This cozy studio includes a king bed, a full kitchen, coffee maker with k-cups, full bath with shower, as well as WiFi and Smart TV. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife blocks away, or take a 4-minute Uber, drive, or bus into town! Plenty of street parking 20’ in front of your unit. We also provide a breakfast of sausage and chicken biscuits, orange juice, coffee and tea along with filtered water. We operate under the TN state law TCA 68-14-503(3) (B)(ii). You will be staying in the heart of East Nashville, a diverse and historic neighborhood. Your unit is just three blocks from the Five Points district and 1.5 miles from Nissan Stadium and downtown Nashville. You have quick access to the airport 8 miles away. Walk to 24+ restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, and ice cream parlors, all within 4 blocks of your unit. Two grocery stores are three blocks away, and at your fingertips is online food delivery from multiple apps, including our favorite, UberEats. If you’re headed downtown, let Uber or Lyft drive you the short distance for $6-$8. There you will find top-notch restaurants, sporting events, and of course an array of live music venues. Our central location is ideal for venturing out to all locations of interest in the Nashville area, including Bluebird Cafe, Loveless Cafe, The Hermitage, the Natchez Trace Parkway, and so much more. Your upstairs unit faces a side street and sits at the back of our corner lot. Common Area: Enjoy a great night’s sleep on a new king-size Stearns & Foster mattress with a ceiling fan above. TV Area: Sit back and unwind playing board games or card games provided or watching cable channels or streaming from apps on the Smart-TV. The queen sleeper sofa includes a very comfortable memory foam mattress. Kitchen: Enjoy the kitchen well equipped with essential cookware and appliances which includes a refrigerator, oven, and microwave. A one-cup coffee maker and ground coffee is provided for those who must start the day caffeinated. Coffee, sugar/sweeteners, salt, pepper, and cooking oil is also provided. There is even a designated spout for filtered water. Shared Laundry: For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided along with detergent. The Laundry area is shared with the upstairs unit in a neutral space between units. TV/WiFi: You have free wifi access for your smart devices as well as a Smart-TV in the living area with access to streaming and cable channels. The bedroom has a flat-screen TV. Bathroom: Large shower, towels, toilet paper, bar soap, and shampoo are provided, along with a hair dryer and a small clothes steamer. Front Porch: Table and chairs are shared with the other guests. The property includes a downstairs unit that has a separate entrance. There may be other travelers in that unit during your stay. Both units are well insulated and quiet. My place is with in walking distance to many restaurants, Cafe Roze, 5 Daughters Bakery, Ugly Mugs, Two Ten Jack (Ramen & Sushi). Jeni's Ice Cream. Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.
