Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown Las Vegas

Super easy all around, especially parking which was a breeze. It was 107 degrees while I was here for work but the apartment stayed nice and cool. I hope to never come to Las Vegas again lol but if I did, I would stay here.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend with my mom and a couple girlfriends, and we had the best time! The location is great—super easy to get Uber Eats and rideshare drop-offs (just make sure to tell them which tower you’re in). Check-in was smooth and quick, no hiccups. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The bathroom setup is gorgeous—huge plus. Even though it’s not on a high floor, the view was still nice, and honestly, it was super convenient not waiting long for elevators. The fact that there were no daily resort fees saved us a ton, especially compared to booking directly through MGM. I never was an Airbnb person for Vegas. I always wanted to be on the strip, etc., especially in college, but this was awesome because I had the space of my apartment or bigger without the extra fees and a kitchen so I’m definitely going to do it again because it’s still on the strip and part of the MGM! Would 100% stay here again

Jordan's place was beautiful! Everything looked new! The ac was great for hot Vegas! The shower was top tier! Loved it and would stay again.

Conveniently located easy access to downtown as well as going out to Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston for hiking. Grocery store and other specialty stores within minutes.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

Highly recommend this Airbnb if you want to stay away from the strip. A quiet, private setting, yet only a couple of miles from the action. Quick Uber ride for around $8. Grocery store less than a mile away. Enjoyed the pool and privacy of the patio. Todd went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Quick response to any questions/concerns.

Overall our experience was great. The room was nice and we felt very welcome. The owner was a very nice individual who would always ask if we needed anything. I would recommend this place to anybody wanting to visit Vegas. We had a great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at La Casita! This was my first time in Vegas and Mike’s second time. Staying at La Casita felt like a mini home away from home! Very cleanly, cute, and cozy place to stay! From the day we booked to the moment of check out communication was A+. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip! Can’t wait 😊

Location was easy to find. Even tho it’s on a street the area was pretty quiet. Weather was at 104* when we arrived and the pool was perfect way to cool off. Open space living room nothing felt cluttered, we loved our stay and definitely will be back.

Nerida's place is great. It's perfectly located, close to Las Vegas Strip and supermarkets such as Walmart. Nice bedroom and kitchen, it includes all the required stuff. Totally recommended.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everywhere we wanted to go, whether it was the Strip, Fremont Street, or nearby restaurants and shops. The place was spotless when we arrived, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It was a great value for the price, especially considering how convenient the location was. The bed was super comfortable too, which made coming back to rest after long days really relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful two bedroom condo nestled in a lovely community. Pool access, and plenty to do in the neighborhood. Condo was fully loaded with every amenity you’d need to stay comfortably. Clean furnishings, very comfortable beds, pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts. Ample space for multiple guests. Would absolutely stay here again, 10 out of 10!

Host was wonderful. Informative, responsive, and engaging. The ability to check in early was amazing. Close enough to the strip to enjoy the amenities, far enough to feel at peace at the end of every night.

Wir haben uns die Unterkunft zu viert geteilt, weshalb das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super war! Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, super eingerichtet und tolle Lage. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, jedoch waren die Kissen etwas hart. Es war super, das jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad und einen kleinen begehbaren Kleiderschrank hatte. Vom Geschirr her war die Küche etwas knapp ausgestattet und die Kaffeemaschine lief leider immer wieder aus. Ebenfalls sollte man beim Vorbeigehen der Betten aufpassen, da diese sehr harte Ecken haben, bei denen wir uns einige blaue Flecken geholt haben. Die Lage war super, da man innerhalb von 10 min (Auto) am Las Vegas Strip war. Von der Anlage aus konnte man aufs Rio, Bellagio und Ceaser Palace gucken. Ebenfalls war es eine abgesicherte Anlage, die nur Anwohner befahren konnten. Abschließend können wir sagen, dass wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft waren und immer wieder kommen würden.
