Incredible value to be so close to the strip and such a great living space. Also, the biggest and nicest shower I’ve ever had for an air bnb. Daniel was super accommodating and helpful whenever I had questions and I’ll absolutely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. The airbnb was very clean upon arrival except the carpet in the living room smelling slightly of a dog. Otherwise everything was very clean and pleasant. Plenty of towels and other cleaning supplies were also available. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions or concerns I had! There is a bit of noise at night from neighboring restaurants but this was to be expected. I highly recommend this airbnb for anyone looking to stay in Vegas.

We stayed here for 2 months. The location is great, right in the heart of downtown and walkable to many bars, restaurants, activities, and casinos. There are a lot of homeless people in the area, but we were never bothered by them. It can get noisy at night if you're outside late, but we never felt disturbed by the noise from inside the condo. It's a close drive or Uber to the strip. The condo itself is very comfortable, cozy, and relaxing. A great space to unwind after a busy day. Plush carpet and a comfy bed in the bedroom. New, clean linens in the bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is easy to navigate, and we cooked there often. For such a long stay, it was nice to have access to a washer and dryer inside the condo. The rooftop pool and BBQ area are beautiful, and we often had the entire space to ourselves. The building staff were always friendly and helpful, and parking was a breeze. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

excellent view of Fremont Street. some reviews mentioned noise at night. there was Fremont Street noise but it wasn't disturbing. never a sleep issue. we've been arbnb ing ever since retirement 10 years ago. this by far is the best place we've stayed. absolutely would stay again. the host , Trevor was an excellent host.
