Family-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown Las Vegas

Michelle was an awesome host. The location of her place is perfect, We were able to walk to MGM, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Aria and many more as they are well within walking distance. The view from the 31st floor is fantastic and faces the strip. you can see Planet Hollywood, The Aria, Treasure Island and more from the balcony. Michelle was also quick to respond to messages in the app whenever we needed something.

Brilliantly attended; excellent location, wonderful views, very responsive host. Extremely clean and well appointed.

Our stay at Tina's place was amazing. She was incredibly communicative and flexible with our arrival time. The place was better than expected. The pool is wonderful to relax in and the covered outdoor furniture gives you flexibility throughout the full day, plus had a newer grill. Also, a few walkable restaurants and gas stations/convenience stores nearby. We recommend Mr. Mama's! While not on the strip, it is not a short drive to many restaurants, the strip, or the airport. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Excellent spot connected to the MGM! Easy access to great food and entertainment. Beautiful views, too! Awesome place for the price! Highly recommend!

I loved staying here as opposed to the Main MGM. Much quieter and I felt much safer as well. Bonus was no cig smoke at all. Wonderful staff.

My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect! The one bedroom luxury apartment had enough space for our clothes, shoes, and luggage. We were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and organization of the apartment. The beds and pillows were soft. Host provided everything like towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. Also, pool towels are provided in the apartment. If you want coffee, it’s best to buy your own coffee, sugar, honey, and/or creamer. My sister and I just bought coffee from the nearby cafe. The community is really nice! Next time I’ll have to bring my kids. The commute to and from the main city of Vegas is not too bad. We didn’t visit downtown or the strip that much anyways. We just enjoyed our time at the apartment and pool. The hosts were friendly and responsive. They took time out of their day to message my sister and I the evening before we checked out. I’ve always wanted to stay in Henderson and this place did NOT disappoint! It felt like home.

The unit was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. Check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay here again on my next Vegas trip—highly recommend!

Jason was a kind and responsive host. He provided very clear instructions for arrival and check out. The space was spacious and very clean! Loved that the areas were sectioned off but still open floor plan. It was perfect for our large group. Location was great — close to grocery stores and local restaurants.

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

We needed a place to stay for our niece's graduation. The location was perfect, within 20 minutes or less to all the places we needed to go to. The house was very clean and had more than enough space for us (4 adults). We enjoyed the pool and floaties that were available for us to use. The communication with Rias was great. Despite having zero problems, Rias made sure to let us know he was available for anything that we needed. I highly recommend!

This was a great stay. It was close enough to the convention center and strip that getting everywhere was super easy. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Place was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Apollo's place was a perfect stay for my wife and I while in Vegas. It was a private/quiet neighborhood that is tucked away but still a 5-10 min drive from the strip and the fun. The place was super clean and comfortable. It also had all of the wifi, netflix, and streaming you you want. Highly recommened as sometimes it's hard to find a quiet nice place in Vegas. Apollo was also incredibly responsive and super nice/flexible host!

Tony's place was clean and tidy and in a great location. He was always fast with responding and check in was easy. Great experience overall!

Great place. Only thing was jaccuzi was not always hot could have been me. ! Not sure but only use it once but the rest was great

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the decor quite charming. The backyard was spacious and incredibly pretty. In addition to the large kitchen, there is a nice grill on the back patio. Everything was as expected. One thing to note: there are indoor noise detectors (we found that out after getting back from karaoke and having the fun carry over for one rather sloshed group member), so do not book here if you plan to have loud indoor events.

Another great stay! House is exactly as described. Contacted Ray with a quick question upon arrival and received an immediate response. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to all Vegas activities without the chaos of staying on the strip. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The house is very comfortable and makes you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s place. Will return!

Great place! Very responsive host, everything we needed. Was a great spot to everything but not up against the hustle and bustle. Pool was good, quiet and secure.

Stay was comfortable. All the facilities were available. It's 6 to 8 minutes away from the strip on the taxi which normally charges 8 to 10$.Peaceful locality.

Very nice, comfortable,tastefully decorated house, well located in a quiet area and close to the Las Vegas Strip. The exterior is really nice with its beautiful pool and gazebo with barbecue. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is fine. We recommend this rental without any problem.

Great value good clean space close to the strip but without the prices at the fancy hotels.
