Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown Las Vegas

Super easy all around, especially parking which was a breeze. It was 107 degrees while I was here for work but the apartment stayed nice and cool. I hope to never come to Las Vegas again lol but if I did, I would stay here.

Great airbnb! Host was so responsive and the place was so good, Pretty quiet neighborhood, lots amenities including a big tv, iron etc etc, there were also some snacks which was a great touch, will definitely comeback!

Rafael was a very responsive host! Airbnb is about 20ish minutes from the strip, nice and quiet and very clean. Close to gas stations, fast food joints and other shops around the area. Definitely recommend for those visiting Vegas 👏🏻

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

Great place to stay while in Vegas! Parking was convenient and it's very close to the strip. It feels private and the kitchen has everything you need. Laundry included.

The apartment was very neat and clean. Rubiel was attentive to our needs during our stay. Definitely recommend it

Adrian I sincerely thank you for having us at your home, to anybody who is questioning the kitchen setup with the electric stove, I cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner with absolutely no problem and my fiancé and I absolutely loved that we had everything we had throughout our time, to our EDC family, it’s ONLY 12-15 minutes away from our beautiful venue we shall be back but with a group next year but please give Adrian your consideration when choosing your next EDC!

Osmar was a fantastic host and the property is great and spacious for get togethers. My band was in town performing at Area15, so it was a great oasis for an easy hang and relaxing hq before and after our gig. The location isn’t too far from the strip or Fremont so it was a relatively affordable ride share to any nightlife in LV. But it’s far away enough to have a truly peaceful sleep with many people. I also have to note how accommodating Osmar is - as they did the best they could to help my group out when some of us arrived into town extremely early. I realize an early check-in can’t be accommodated every time since it really depends on how much cleaning there needs to be done, but Osmar managed to get us in early and for that we are greatly appreciative. I’d highly recommend this place as an option

Location was easy to find. Even tho it’s on a street the area was pretty quiet. Weather was at 104* when we arrived and the pool was perfect way to cool off. Open space living room nothing felt cluttered, we loved our stay and definitely will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Casita! This was my first time in Vegas and Mike’s second time. Staying at La Casita felt like a mini home away from home! Very cleanly, cute, and cozy place to stay! From the day we booked to the moment of check out communication was A+. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip! Can’t wait 😊

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Perfect house for our family of 8. Every one had their own rooms and space to spread out. It was 100+ degrees so the pool was essential. Easy drive to everything we wanted to do on the strip and downtown. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Host was awesome! Very helpful and responsive. Sent us incredible donuts! Would stay again when in Vegas!

the host was great responding back quickly. directions worth clear. check in went and smooth. the pool area was cool just hated that the pool was not warm. Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Was able to get to the strip within minutes of leaving my room.

We had a perfect stay while attending a conference at the MGM. Everything was smooth from booking to check-in and throughout our stay. The unit was clean and well-equipped, and our hosts were communicative and helpful.

Definitely a place to come back to. Walkable to the action, a restful time at the pool, or stay in like your home working. We used the cookware for breakfast/lunch and joined the strip for the abundance of dinner options. Clean and easy check in and out.

We would like to endlessly thank Bianca for being an amazing, superb, and very attentive and responsive host..Right from checking-in, we already felt at home and at peace..Bianca made sure everything went smooth and it did.. It’s a very cozy place with central AC even in the bedroom..Along with 2 TV’s, both in the living room and bedroom.. The washer and dryer came in clutch too..Wonderful amenities..And the place was perfectly clean.. We couldn’t of ask for a better stay and wished we stayed longer but had to fly back home..We’d love to stay much longer the next time..It’s a home away from home type vibe.. The view from the place was so gorgeous day and night I was truly amused! The location was good too, it was close to the strip and close to overall a bunch of stores. The Airbnb itself has a lot of appliances for us to be comfy all weekend without having to leave. Our host was great at getting back to us quickly, very responsive at all and anytime we had a question but most importantly to us when we had a quick change of plans and needed to stay a little longer so we asked for a later checkout and she did everything she could to accommodate us it was great! Definitely recommend staying here (:

This place is perfect! Close to a Walgreens so you can get everything you need to stock your kitchen. There is also a Denny’s Chick-fil-A and a taco Del Mar all right next-door to each other. And it’s a 10 uber ride to the horshoe casino, unless it’s a Friday or Saturday night and that was 15. So it’s a great location, it’s clean and affordable! I’d definitely come back! Thanks guys!!
