This 800ish sq ft house is in a quiet residential neighborhood overlooking a park with huge oak trees. There are two small bedrooms, each with queen size beds. Large closets in each for hanging/storing clothes. Large windows throughout the house allowing ample natural lighting. The living room has seating & 40" flat screen TV. Our home, in the Historic College Hill Neighborhood, was built in 1913 and is just minutes from downtown, colleges, Tanger Center, the Greensboro Coliseum, and major interstate highways. There is room for several cars in the driveway. Street parking is only allowed for up to 2 hours, 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. Unlimited street parking on Saturday & Sunday and after 6pm any day. Violators may be ticketed or towed by the City of Greensboro.
