Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Durham

Restful, spa-like apartment! I traveled to Durham for a friend’s bridal shower and wanted to stay near Duke’s campus since the shower was being held in the area. I also knew I’d need accommodations with good WiFi and a comfortable workspace for an all day Zoom meeting the day after the shower. Reid’s apartment was beyond perfect. The monitor with web cam came in super handy for my all day Zoom and worked flawlessly with my laptop. The mini fridge kept my food and drinks ice cold. Several very popular breakfast spots are a short few minutes drive, and there are lots of fast food, casual, and more elegant dining options within a 15 minute drive. Though it’s on a well-traveled road, the apartment is well insulated and I couldn’t hear ANY road noise. There was a huge thunderstorm a couple nights and it was hard to tell it was raining except for the lightning. The listing is exactly as pictured and described. It’s spacious, so welcoming, and incredibly peaceful. Highly recommend!

Kelly is a phenomenal host and extremely responsive! This is a wonderful, quiet, private place to stay that is accessible to so much of what Durham has to offer!

Erin's place was spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. The place included extra amenities with white noise machine in bedrooms, games for the kid, and extra towels and linens. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all items needed for short stay and for cooking. Erin was very friendly, responsive, and proactive in instructions. Overall, the place feels peaceful and secluded.

This place was perfect for 2 people. It looked just like the photos. Everything was clean, tidy, and organized. The host provided the essentials we needed, and the location was peaceful and quiet. The host was also very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The cleaning crew had not been before check-in. I think that was an anomaly. Chip was right on it and made everything right. The bathroom and shower are some of the nicest in the complex. The internet and wifi are as good as they can be. Better than other units. Will definitely book again next time in town.

This place looked just like the pictures. For such a small place, everything was cleverly designed and made good use of every inch. It was all clean and well-cared for and I enjoyed taking a run in the neighborhoods around there. The location was quiet and felt very safe.

For my first time being in North Carolina, it truly helped elevate the experience with such a beautiful location filled with trees surrounding and nature. Mohmeet was always responsive and attentive to anything I needed and worked their best to provide the very best. Price was also amazing, thank you for making my first time in North Carolina much more memorable for me and my partner! ❤️

We had a great, if short, stay in the Bohemian. The place was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is charming, with kids playing outside, neighbors greeting each other. It was nice.

Ana Maria's place was perfect for us! We were there for the weekend and ate out, but Ana Maria's kitchen is well stocked for cooking in. The king bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is updated, and the living area is perfect for relaxing. We loved the wooden venetian blinds throughout the unit. We highly recommend Ana Maria's place to the AIrbnb community.

Spacious duplex unit near downtown with a nice kitchen and huge island, and a side deck for relaxing—-I highly recommend this one.

Lovely room, gorgeous neighborhood and convenient parking. Building also serves as student housing, so a bit noisy overnight, but not unexpected.

I had an amazing time here with my partner. The suite was clean and really made you feel like you’re in a home away from home. The hot tub and pool were our favorite aspect of the accommodation. Angela is a super thoughtful, amicable, and informative host.

Amy was a great host. She was easy to reach and the check-in/check-out guidance was clear. The room was perfect for a few nights @Chapel Hill.

We had a lovely time here! The house is so charming, with a beautiful garden, in a lovely, quiet area, and within walking distance of downtown. The hosts are very responsive and flexible. Wish we got a chance to pet the dogs ;) Can’t recommend it enough.

Relocating to Durham with a young family, Anne's unit was the perfect 🥰 place to transition from the Northeast. What a true blessing, Anne provided toys for my young children, opened up soccer ⚽️ time when the field was available, and the bonus was a three minute walk to the local park! I couldn't think of a better family to connect with than Anne's family. We love the thoughtfulness of the unit, plug in USB outlet tables, working desk area for professional, large closet, and the awesome espresso machine 👍. Thank you for opening your unit to the community.

I enjoyed staying here in Raleigh. The August door app wasn't working at first to unlock the door, but when I called the number for the host, they were able to let me in with a lock box physical key. The space was large, and the host communicated often to check-in and provide local recommendations. There were some issues with the Wi-Fi (it didn't work when we tried to connect with our phones and it didn't work on the smart TV). I think if I had reached out to the host they would have been able to fix it, but it wasn't working when I tried a few different times. I wasn't there long enough to reach out about it, but it may be something to check in the future to ensure it is working and the tv is hooked up to it.
