Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Colorado Springs

We stayed here while visiting friends in the area and would absolutely stay here again. It is much nicer than it looks in the photos- light, bright, sunny and airy. Super clean, well maintained, comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of thoughtful touches like games, nice coffee selection, hot cocoa, water bottles, umbrellas, kitchen staples etc. The host was a good communicator, super responsive and made sure the pack and play and changing pad were up before our arrival with our baby. The balcony and patio are a lovely spot to sit outside. The AirBnB is right behind the host's house but they respected our privacy and we felt like we had our own private space to enjoy. Overall a very comfortable, lovely and thoughtfully done AirBnB with a host who cares about the guest's experience and attention to detail.

I highly recommend Jonathan's place! This was our second time staying here, and would definitely book this place again.

This place was a great value for our quick one-night stay. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, tons of extra blankets, a nice sitting area out back, two Roku televisions, Garden of the Gods nearly right outside, but does have that "I've walked directly into someone else's house" feel which is either cozy or unwanted depending on your personality! If you are able, I wished I would have brought my own pillow from home and was glad I brought my own ground coffee. Check out was the easiest I've ever had in an Airbnb which was also helpful and less stressful! I'd definitely stay there again.

Holly and Matty are such great hosts - they were really easy to work with and made everything smooth from the get-go, with all the little touches that actually matter when you're staying somewhere. Their place was in a perfect location. It's so nice when you can just walk to grab dinner or coffee without having to drive everywhere. And when we did want to explore a bit further out, nothing was more than a few minutes away. Hiking and horseback riding is literally an 8-10 minute drive away. We really appreciate that it was such hassle-free stay. The room had everything we could want, and it's obvious Holly and Matty put thought into making their guests comfortable. We will 100% stay there again when we're back in Colorado Springs.

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

It was an awesome stay! It felt very cozy and comfy. Only downside is that you can hear a lot of movement upstairs and you can hear water go through the pipes at night and both can be loud. Even with those negatives, I give it 5 stars.

Great quiet, clean place and comfortable apartment. I will stay here again! the Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Finding the place was very clear and the instructions to get to the apartment are really easy to follow.

Amazing apartment with two bedrooms with king size beds and their own bathrooms. Apartment was spotless upon arrival and directions were easy to follow. Had an issue with the lock Saturday night at 11pm and Host responded to chat quickly and came to apartment to let us in. Would absolutely recommend this apartment to everyone. Plan on staying here the next time we come to Colorado Springs.

Wow! This has been by far the most beautiful and enriching family vacation we have experienced. The Living Room had breath taking views of the mountains, surrounding farms and wildlife that could be seen from inside the home and from the lovely patio. Whether waking with a Nespresso coffee or tea in hand on the patio, eating meals or playing cards at the dinner table or enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub the experience was amazing. The word WOW is the best way for us to describe our stay. Mark and Renee were wonderful and attentive hosts. They are very organized and had books that helped us find fun things to do. The home was very clean and spacious. We were able to cook many meals at the Airbnb and had many options for dinning out if desired. We are so grateful to have the luxury of enjoying such a wonderful experience and plan to come visit again in the coming years.

The trains mentioned didn't bother us at all. I think this is possibly one of the best values for the area! SUPER Bang for the buck!

Gina was a responsive, proactive host who provided clear and reasonable expectations. The built in Dryer and Washer, fully stocked kitchen, clean and cozy bedrooms and central location to local attractions makes Gina's place somewhere I would want to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at Gabby's place. The place was gorgeous and great for our family of 4. We immediately felt at home. We loved the location, as it was close to everything but very quiet and private. We loved the backyard area for hanging out. They had everything we needed for the kids and even some toys. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again someday.

Jacquie's place was perfect! It was a lovely stay. We were in the area to do some sightseeing and to check out Desert Reef Hot Springs. The house was perfect and we really appreciated the personal touches and extra attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful time!

This place was extremely clean, very functional, and felt private. Easy to walk to restaurant Stalina’s that was close by. Kitchen had everything we needed and way more. Lighting was fantastic with lots of windows, but easily made private by easy to use shades. Would highly recommend this place and I feel they put a lot of thought into what someone might need.

This was a great place for what we needed. We visited for a friend and just needed something close and cheap for the night. I will say if you're expecting to stay in the home more than explore, it is quite small and the shower was tight for someone 6 foot 200 pounds. For what we needed, it was perfect.

The hosts were super friendly and accommodative. They even offered us a late checkout without us asking. The deck and views are spectacular! Beds are very comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed. Great location!

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

We were in town to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We were comfortable with only my husband and myself. We used the kitchen for making breakfast, which was plenty of space. Coffee maker, and toaster worked very well. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom 😊. We would stay there again when in Colorado Springs!!

The place is lovely, the kitchen is very well stocked, beds are very comfy, we loved hanging out in the balcony, the pool is huge, the hotel is in a very good location near lots of food, walmart etc. Definitely recommend!
