Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown, Boston

Nice apartment for me and other two friends. Thanks for Jovan being patient to answer all my questions. But the disadvantage is that the location was too remote which you barely find transport reach to Boston downtown.

Great place. We loved the location and the surroundings. Wally was you receptive and proactive. Everything we needed was available. The instructions and local information was great and even though we had a plan of things to do, it provided us a couple of awesome ideas for our down time. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend. Thanks Wally.

Loved our stay. Perfect for our extended family and way more reasonable than Boston hotels during graduation season. Spot on descriptions. Shelby was very responsive. Kind enough to offer access to pantry (e.g. sugar, honey, tea etc) and the garage parking is a HUGE bonus for Southie.

Oddays place was wonderful. They have plenty of amenities for guests. It’s an older house, but a very nice older New England home. We enjoyed the stay. The only recommendation we would give is for there to be a laminated card with the wifi name and password, as we didn’t locate it until the last evening of 3 nights there. It was on the Airbnb app but not very clear about how to get the password. That’s our only suggestion as there were older folks in the home as guests and they didn’t have access to the app. Thank you for hosting your Airbnb to us! We would stay again in any future trips to that area.

Great property! Everything looks just as advertised and was extremely clean and welcoming. The location was also great - 5 min walk to the train station and very easy to get around. Fully exceeded all of our expectations!

Mike and Anna were wonderful hosts. Very responsive when we working to secure the home for our visit, and communicative throughout our entire stay. Worked towards solutions, showed flexibility with reasonable requests, and their willingness to ensure our stay was a positive experience was appreciated. It became "our home away from home". We loved our time in Brookline- quaint town, walkability to places -even Fenway Park- for our visit came with ease, as well as coffee, ice cream and good eats all close by! Public transportation easy to navigate (our NY kids did help :-) ). As for the trains and their natural noise...never a problem, just part of this Brookline home in Boston and its surrounding charm!

We had a great stay—perfect for our quick family trip! The home was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed, from a pack ’n play to extra towels, bed linens, and kitchen essentials. Marybeth was wonderful to communicate with and shared some great local dining recommendations. We were very happy with our accommodations and would absolutely stay again!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

I loved everything Maxine said and how she helped navigate around every even in the house, everything was so clean, very quite place good for professional working, everything was just beyond, amazing & lovely place you feel right at home with so much space to move around the house. Super fun and eclectic house! What really made the stay were the owners, they are thoughtful and very responsive, they clearly care a lot about their guests!

The place was super comfortable and exactly like the photos. What you see in the pictures is what you get warm, cozy, and very clean. There were water and drinks in the fridge, and the bathroom was spotless too. Check-in was smooth and easy. I felt really at home here. The host was also very nice and responded quickly whenever I had questions. I’d definitely stay here again next time!

We stayed for three nights to visit the surrounding Cape Ann area. Ian’s place was fabulous - private, spacious, and fully equipped with amenities including a BBQ stove by the pool. Space is larger than the pictures looked like and furnitures were of high qualities. Highly recommended for anyone travelling in the area!

This place was in a great location. One block from a T stop, 5 minute walk to the Logan-Back Bay express to the airport, and tons of restaurants and shops. The hosts were great at communicating with check in instructions and how to videos. The place is exactly as advertised, small but has everything you could need. Comfy bed, smart TV, stocked kitchen, 2 barstools, small closet, and small bathroom with a relatively large shower. There are 3 flights of stairs, so be prepared for that. Occasional noise on the street, but not bad and to be expected. Besides the door being sticky and needing to be pushed extremely hard to deadbolt, everything was great and I would recommend. Enjoyed ourselves, had a great time, and felt at home.

Lovely flat with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, although any kind of restaurant you want is right there. From cafe's to 5 star. Super comfy bed makes you feel right at home. Fantastic, private location near Northeastern and The Prudential center in a Super quiet neighborhood! Makes sleeping in 100% possible in a beautiful, bustling, vibrant city! Would absolutely book and stay again. Wonderful responsive host! Highly recommend.

Wonderful unit in a great area! The apartment was cozy and plenty spacious for our family of three. The pack and play and high chair provided were WONDERFUL amenities and were in great condition. The bed was very comfortable and the window units kept the place nice and cool. The T is a short walk away to get to any part of the city and we had a short walk to our game at Fenway. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again when we visit!

Absolutely perfect location for seeing the sites in Boston. Everything was walkable as well as close to T for longer outings. Super safe neighborhood. Grocery store was close. We ate breakfast in but always ate out with so many great restaurants. We used air conditioning which worked great. Place is small but did we were out each day seeing the sites. We loved having parking.

Great place on Newbury St. Can't beat the location to get to the best restaurants and shopping in Boston. The unit is in back of the building, so it is quiet at night. Would definitely stay again.
