House holiday rentals in Downtown Atlanta

We are local to the neighborhood and rented the house for family during graduation. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was immaculate, and easy for friends and family to find. Highly recommend and will use again for out of town guests.

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

The home was very beautiful exactly like the photos online. Very pleased with the host excellent communication and instructions . Our stay was very quiet and cozy, Peter was very responsive and timely. We really enjoyed the pool and even though there was a storm that knocked out the lights, he provided lanterns and chargers for our phones. Would definitely use again if we're ever in the area.

This place was so much fun and perfect for our family of 4 and a pup! Our kids said they liked the house better than our own home!! It was cooler than the pictures and felt lived in, in a very good way! Reina was super personable and responsive! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to ATL!

Awesome place for comfortable stay while still having access to one of the hidden gems of Atlanta. hosts were super accommodating to my flexible schedule and unexpected flight delays coming in to the ATL. The place is situated for those looking for a more local vibe and the ability to have a true efficiency with everything you'd have to bring but forgot or wish you could have if making in home meals. quiet yet convenient to vibrant areas with nightlife - would rebook again in a heartbeat

The home was absolutely beautiful, like we walked into a magazine! It was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. So glad I found and booked this listing!

This was a nice little house and everything I would have expected. It was easy to find parking and looked just like the pictures. The security system was also great considering it was just a group of young women in an unknown state! I would definitely stay here again :)

Our son stayed there to go to his college which is close here. It was a safe place and he enjoyed his college life. There was just one problem that the heater didn’t work, but it was resolved quickly.

This is by far one of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It was so beautiful, super clean, comfortable and it felt like home. Ami was super awesome and very communicative and helpful. I can’t wait to go back and highly recommend!

Rudi was very helpful - before during and after my visit. Communication was prompt and helpful. Home is located in an older neighborhood and there were signs of gentrification, but that made it an interesting place for me to stay. The neighbors that I encountered were friendly. The stone shower was a wonderful amenity. Restaurants and grocery store were within walking distance. I also discovered a local street art collection in the nearby vicinity. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Airbnb and very true to the photos. We loved that they had plenty of towels, blankets, and other supplies (shampoo, conditioners, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels etc). It was very comfortable and the rooms are all nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Location is amazing for Piedmont Hospital - I was able to just walk over there for my hospital stay and my mother was able to walk back and forth easily visiting me. The neighborhood is nice and felt very safe. Communication is top tier. Everything was clearly explained and communications were sent ahead of time. It’s a bit narrow to get your car through the back gate for parking, but very nice to have parking behind the house. There’s also a basketball hoop, which we used with the provided ball!

Absolutely Awesome experience!!! Location was awesome and Tanya was a great host. We would recommend this Location to anyone who wants to be close to everything.

Ian’s place was beautiful and clean. My kids enjoyed the theater and the adults enjoyed the sunroom. The host was responsive and handled anything we needed in a timely manner. I recommended this place to a friend who will be in Atlanta in a couple of months.

Nice clean home. I appreciate the items that were available in the house. Twin bedroom a little small but works for sleeping but overall great house.

We took a family trip so we could visit the aquarium and zoo and this house and the location were perfect. The house was clean, comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the basketball court! Perfect for our stay and I would absolutely recommend it!
