Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Anchorage

We would stay here 100 times! It was such an ideal location for us. Soo clean, so cozy. And the snacks!!! We arrived after having been driving for 13 hours and didn’t even have to go to the store that night we had everything we needed! Thanks so much! We will gladly return here in the future.

Excellent place to stay!

Easy to find and not far from the airport or the train station which was exactly what we were looking for. Walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and when looking past the buildings in the city, the views were absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again if needed!

It is a great place and close to my son's house that I was visiting. I had my outgoing flight delayed and had to change flights so I arrived in the early morning but had no problem finding the place and getting in and settled.

Very centrally located close to everything. Happily surprised at how spacious it was. We had trouble with the air conditioning and he was there within a half hour to make a simple fix for us. The condo was quiet and clean. Would most definitely stay again

It was a nice property that was walkable to downtown Anchorage and the coastal trail. Making it a very convenient location. Our host responded quickly with any concerns or questions we had! Overall a very good experience and highly recommend.

Marie was incredible, accommodating my last minute booking and letting me check in early. Her home is gorgeous and it's an easy walk anywhere downtown, as well as right on a beautiful trail system. She even provided bagels for breakfast! I would love to stay here again.

Not the most private but still very clean very nice and comfortable place to stay

This place was above and beyond. We had an 8hr flight and 3hr time diff. We were tired and dizzy when we landed. This plc had every amenity and toiletry. It far exceeded my expectations. Quiet, peaceful and close to lots of activities. Bed was comfy, living room & kitchen were cozy and relaxing. I would 100% recommend this listing to all my friends and family!

We're so happy we chose this Airbnb for our Alaska trip! The location is perfect; it's very easy to walk to great restaurants, breweries, and attractions like the museum. If you're coming for a conference in the civic center, this location is better than most of the hotels. Carrie was so helpful and responded quickly. She helped us with our travel plans. The space itself felt very space and clean. You couldn't hear street noise. The apartment is so cute and felt like home! I'd definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

Irena's place is located in a very walkable location to downtown Anchorage. Nice 2-bedroom with easy parking. She quickly accommodated us when our original location had boiler issues. I recommend staying here.

Great location in the heart of downtown Anchorage! Arturo’s place is updated, private and safe. Everything downtown is walkable.

Jeff’s place is an incredible Airbnb. The place was very quiet while being centrally located and in a safe neighborhood. It is close to downtown, the lagoon and right on the bay. I stayed for about a week and enjoyed sitting out in the yard watching the sunset over sleeping lady mountain—you can also see Denali from the outdoor sitting area on a clear day. The place was extremely clean and I was thrilled he had a French press as an option for coffee—he had every coffee apparatus imaginable to choose from. If that wasn’t enough, Jeff also picked me up at the airport and pointed out some of the sites in Anchorage as well as the various walking paths. I was traveling alone for work and appreciated the full office set up. I hope to come back and stay here again with my significant other for vacation someday.

This was my 2nd stay with Logan and the upstairs unit is just as amazing as the lower unit. It’s not just that her listings offer a unique stay with amazing decor in the PERFECT LOCATION (serene/private yet walkable to downtown), it’s that everything in those units is high quality. The beds/bedding, the heavy curtains, the sofa, the lighting, the kitchen/appliances, the throw pillows…even the vacuum (a wireless Dyson)…is high quality. It’s not just that it’s homey and comfortable…it’s that you wish it was YOUR home. The space is elevated without being stuffy/stale. It feels loved and lived in. It’s why we keep coming back to stay at Logan’s house. And that bathroom….it’s SO dreamy. I took at least 1 bath a day while I was there. Logan goes above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay. She is kind and flexible. You can’t ask for more. We will be back next year for our annual trip to Anchorage to relax and DoorDash Korean tacos. Thank you again for everything.

Brett was an amazing host! He was super quick to respond and very understanding as we decided to last minute change our plans, but Brett was super accommodating! The place was super comfortable. Would stay again when we are back in the area!

This Airbnb is very conveniently located to lots of fun things to do. We highly recommend backcountry adventures in Palmer. We rode ATVs to the Knik glacier which was truly fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounding mountains, which you see all around, are stunning. We made use of the hot tub, which was nice after an active day, and it was fun having a ping pong table. We would definitely stay here again
