James was a great host. He was quick to respond and eager to help in anyway. His place was beautiful and the view from the balcony for the sunrise and sunset was sensational. Can't wait to stay here again.

Great place to stay to get away from the wear and tear of city life. We enjoyed all the amenities.

Great place! Amazing views of the lake, lots of space, nice kitchen. Definitely will stay again. It was hard to find the right unit, and lots of codes so read the guidebook.

This management company is amazing. I have stayed with them before. They are always available for anything you would ever need. This condo is beautiful however the owner must have pets because the master bedroom Capet is very stained due to their pet which I did not expect. So if you are traveling with pets this is a great option however I was not and was shocked by all the stains in the carpets in the master. Other then that the condo was fabulous

We had a wonderful stay at seasons at sandpoint. Beautiful condo and added bonus of a large community jacuzzi. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. I would suggest you bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body soap as daugherty management only supplies small samples. We would definitely stay again.

This was a 10 out of 10. We would definitely stay here again. The view was amazing, the condo extremely well equipped, and the amenities (pool, hottub, and fitness center) were perfect for our family of 5. It was very walkable to town and close to the community beach. Daugherty Management was super easy to communicate with and quickly responded. We loved Sandpoint and the lake. Highly recommend this condo.

I was traveling with co-workers for training. This was perfect, the location was about one mile from our office. Instructions were sent on where to park, which was right under our apartment on the second floor. I was sent a code prior to are arrival to get into the apartment. The rooms looked just like the pictures. Everything was clean and in place. I slept in the main bedroom and it was very comfortable, this had a queen bed. One of the other rooms had a full bed and the other two twins. My co-workers slept great with no complaints. Hotel size shampoo, conditioners, and lotions were provided. I saved over half of what I would have paid for three hotel rooms. Great savings, great location, over all a great place to stay!

We had an excellent time in Sandpoint! The town is very cute, and within walking distance from the condo. The listing was exactly as described- it was very clean, and plenty of room for 4 adults! We would love to come back sometime!

A great stay at a beautiful location! The condo was just perfect for our needs. 2 bedrooms and 2 bath definitely come in handy. It's located directly across from the clubhouse which made things very easy for us. We enjoyed the grounds and all the activities offered. Just perfect in all areas. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in Brian's home. Perfect size for our family's week long vacation. (5 adults and 2 small children.) Brian gave us great recommendations for activities we could to do in the area with our small grandkids during our stay. House is located in walking distance to a cute coffee shop, Union Roasters (Coffee & Waffles). Went there multiple times! House is also located in a quiet neighborhood with a playground only a couple of blocks way. We loved having the backyard so we could all sit outside whenever we wanted to. We had a great time making new family memories in Coeur d'Alene.

The only problem with Cindy's place is that we had to leave! 😭 We had SUCH a beautiful week here, I was devastated waking up and realizing we had to go! Cindy is an amazing host, with such a wonderful home, in a beautiful town! I can't wait to return!

Extremely modern, clean, and location is steps from the lift

This house was very unique, very clean, very accommodating for our group of 10. Kids enjoyed kayaking, fishing and we took a boat - loved being on Hayden Lake. Towels were clean, beds were comfortable, had work out room and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.

Glad location was a little off beaten path as it was quiet and peaceful and even had deer coming to be fed by hosts...Melody provided extremely detailed instructions to get to location..I asked for recommendations where to eat close by and Melodie and Mitch offered to drive me to one of their favorites and we had a wonderful meal together. Had a great stay with very friendly hosts who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

Great place to stay!!

Everything went great while we visited the area. The owner was very friendly and made us feel more than welcomed. We had one very minor issue with a shower door and it was remedied almost immediately. Thank you for the visit.
