We loved this stay! The lite house was very nice and renovated, while still maintaining original structure. The porches all around were great and the view from the master bedroom was stunning. Easy walk to small private beach. Town is about a 10 minute drive. We dined at Woodys and the Wellwood and they were both tasty!

This was our second time at Leone's beautiful spot on the Chester River and it did not disappoint! It's such a beautiful place and beautiful location -- we absolutely love it!! Thank you Leone!!!

Great place, spacious, great hosts, super neighbors. This is a private beach, no parking or access for public, so this is an exclusive place and well worth it.

Cindy's place was very relaxing with beautiful surroundings between farmland and forests.

We had such a great weekend at the house. Joe left a bunch of drinks and some snacks for us He also left our dog a gift as well which she loved. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We all enjoyed our weekend there and can’t wait to go back!

Moms weekend with our daughters was awesome. The house was clean and comfortable. Really thoughtful touches such as a first aid kit, and over the counter meds. I have never seen that in any AirBNB. Outlet shopping and nice restaurants were close. An all around good time had by all.🍸

Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

A wonderful stay. The residence and outdoor area are exactly as shown and both were clean and comfortable. Having access to an outdoor fridge was an added bonus! Great location just blocks from the bay (the sunsets were spectacular!). Quick access to shops and restaurants was a plus. Hosts were great to work with and quickly responded to any inquiries - even checked back to confirm we were all set!

This was the perfect stay for me and my friends. We needed a place to relax and spend some time together. This place has lots of room and the balcony was such a great place to get some relaxing in and conversation with friends. Vitaliy was a gracious host and was very quick to answer any questions we had. The stores for shopping and groceries were close to his place. Even though the weather was not on our side , We highly recommend his place for an all around great vacation.

Perfect place to stay in Rehoboth! I felt it was much easier to get around the beach town from the location of this house.

Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely lovely—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit, and the setting made it even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Jason is an excellent host. The place was great and was exactly as described. Great location and very quiet. Our young daughters had a blast seeing all of the horseshoe crabs. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Well described in description. If you need to relax and actually disconnect from everything, this is the best place. As mentioned by owners, the place has very limited to zero cell or wifi connectivity. There was no television reception while we stayed there. (outside antenna reception is based on weather) The selection of DVDs was acceptable for me. Sleeping was fantastic if prefer zero light. Great rest and bring a fan to keep a breeze flowing. (Once again, basement setting as described, was perfect for me) Moreover, if you enjoy reading and just need to disconnect from outside connections, this place was very homey and offered lots of books, CDs, and select DVD to keep you occupied. The place was very clean and tidy, just as expected. Everything was well organized and comfortable. I had a great experience and will definitely return. Me and my family enjoyed the view most of all. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect! It was clean, nice amenities, and Jose and his family were so nice, flexible and accommodating to us and our pups. We will definitely be back if planning to stay in this area again!

Vinay’s Airbnb was cozy, clean, and perfect for our stay. He was incredibly accommodating, especially for a late arrival and during a major snowstorm—walkways were shoveled and salted, which made everything so much easier when we arrived. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water and new toothbrush kits, which were a lifesaver when my son left his toothbrush at a hotel in another state. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
