My accommodation is close to the beaches of Lake Annecy and the ski resorts. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you'll love it for its tranquillity, the view of the mountains and the valley, and its outdoor terrace with barbecue. The location is perfect for those who enjoy cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, paragliding and swimming, and in winter for downhill, cross-country or Nordic skiing, as well as snowshoeing... Working from home is made easier by a fast Wi-Fi connection (fibre).

Great cottage for a stay for 2.

Quiet chalet of 16 m2 on the heights of Lake Annecy at the foot of the path that climbs to the Forclaz pass, a recognized place for paragliders with magnificent views of the mountains and the lake. The chalet is equipped with a terrace, bedroom, sink and toilet. A private shower room and toilet are accessible 24 hours a day in my accommodation located a few meters from the chalet. A small dining area is available in the cottage. The wifi is sometimes a little capricious, no worries for 4G.

Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

The surroundings will delight athletes with its activities, as well as couples and families who love nature and tranquility. The village is ideally located, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts, and at the start of the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains.

Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
