Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Douglas County

We booked this for a wedding weekend. It was very peaceful in a beautiful setting. 5 minute drive to restaurants and stores.

This was a perfect space for a friend board game weekend. The house was spacious for everyone and the backyard and lake view was beautiful.

stay was great, lots of places to hang out and big enough sitting area for everyone to eat. we had a great christmas.

very nice we had six in our fishing group and all slept well and have plenty of room for visiting, cooking, and dining; even had several campfires in the evenings. Very nice!!!

We stayed the weekend for a wedding but would definitely come back and stay for a week and enjoy the property. The home is gorgeous and very comfortable! The host makes sure everyone is comfortable, from the complementary bottle of wine, games for children, to the kayaks for being on the water. The home was fully stocked with necessities. Al was very responsive and friendly. We asked for a later check out and it was no problem. Highly recommend!

This place was the best - so much room and they’re thought of everything. We would love to stay here again if in the area.

Great location and one of the best lakes in the area

This was our best Airbnb experience! Dean was the most amazing communicator, who took time to check in on our stay, give us local recommendations, and answered all of our questions. The place was clean, and had everything you need to stay. We felt so comfortable, and will absolutely come back to stay here again!

Lovely lake home on a beautiful lake. Just as described and shown in the pictures, very spacious. Perfect for families or small groups. Close to town with lots to see and do. My kids enjoyed paddle boarding and fishing right across the street. We wished we could've stayed longer and would definitely stay again.

We had a family emergency and Scott adjusted our rental to meet our needs. The home was everything we could have hoped for and the peace and beauty of the surroundings helped us heal. One of the most beautiful and well equipped Air BnB we’ve ever stayed at.

we have stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of my favorites. We loved the architecture of the home and the view of the lake was amazing. We loved exploring Alexandria and coming back in the evens to relax and do some fishing. It was a great stay.

The cabin is very nicely done! The lake was great for fishing. We do wish there was a table outside and some outdoor games or water toys to use; otherwise, it had everything we needed and was a great place to stay.

Great place! Bedroom is really nice, however the pullout bed is not comfortable at all. Bring an air mattress if possible. Overall it’s nice and cozy.

I can't say enough about how beautiful the grounds are. Our puppy enjoyed the spacious outdoors even more than we did. The house bas plenty of space and was cozy. Its close to town and getting deliveries from restaurants and grocery stores was easy. The only thing i recommend is bringing some water as the well water isn't the greatest for cooking and drinking. Great, responsive, host. I 100% would stay here again!

This was our third time here and as always, enjoyed our stay. Lots of space for everyone, especially with the game room in the lower level for the kids. The adults love the fireplace on the deck overlooking the lake. We were able to fish off the dock which was a favorite for the kids. Lots of little extra around the place that provided comfort for everyone.
