Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Douglas County

we enjoyed staying at Benjamin's place, its in a great location. Just a short walk to Massachusetts Street. Where you will find many shops, locally owned restaurants and pubs. the unit was very clean and had a welcoming feel to it. I'd say this place is highly recommended. If im ever in the area I'd like to came back for another stay.

Joy was a fabulous host. He place is beautiful and in a perfect location. I was there for my daughter’s graduation and it was in a perfect location. The patio is beautiful and a great place to relax. I would definitely go back! Thank you!!

Very nice little 2 bedroom unit. You are in a basement so you do get a little of that musty basement smell when you walk in but nothing overwhelming. As mentioned in the listing you will hear the dogs upstairs and people moving around and such until 10-12 at night but again it was as described and nothing I felt was excessive. Definitely did not keep me from falling asleep or wake me up at any point.

Really nice spot if you don’t want to worry about driving to places, lots of restaurants and places to shop as soon as you leave the place. You feel cozy and right at home once you come back from places!

I very much enjoyed my stay! With all the amenities (in unit washer/dryer, full kitchen) and all the surrounding restaurants and shopping I was able to thoroughly enjoy my time away from home. It made for a wonderful rest and relaxation spot at the end of my busy days. If I ever need to come back to the area I will definitely be booking again!

We loved this apartment! It was wonderful to have two outdoor seating options and to have walking paths so close by. It is also walkable to other nearby paths and to Mass Street and nearby restaurants and shopping. We loved the little coffee shop below. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Joni’s. We stayed on a weekend with a big event happening downtown and appreciated walking easily to Mass Street and having a parking spot to leave our car at the house. It was great to be back in Lawrence! Thanks for a lovely Airbnb experience.

Wonderful house! Immaculate! We were in town for the birth of our grand baby, and this has was almost within walking distance to the LMH hospital system. We were traveling with some disabled and elderly family members, and this house was better than we had hoped for. It had no stairs at entry or to get to backyard. Everything you really need is available with no stairs on the first floor. There was plenty of clearance around all furniture, and bathrooms were easy to access. The location was near everything we needed, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Driveway could easily accommodate our 24’ motorhome. We would have preferred firmer mattresses and tvs in the bedrooms, but those things did not negate our overall stay. We loved the house, and would like to reserve it again the next time we are staying in Lawrence.

We had a great time in Lawrence.! The house was close to shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk the dog in the neighborhood and people were friendly.

As Airbnb’s go Mac’s place is top notch! Smart home with many things connected to Alexa. The location is amazing with most amenities within walking distance. Mac is a great host. Super communicative and has great suggestions if you’re looking for things to do in Lawrence. 10/10 will stay here again!

Had a wonderful girls trip in Lawrence. Loved how close it was to Mass street and the farmers market! We enjoyed the hot tub and drinks at night.

Nice little place for a short stay in Lawrence! We had everything we needed for cooking a dinner and the place was very clean. We would stay here again!

We loved are stay here. Very quiet, new, clean and an air conditioner that worked well. It was so fun to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was 10 cents per hour….cheap! We will stay here again!

Our second time staying here - booked # 3 again but got upgraded to the large unit for free since another guest wanted to stay longer. We're definitely planning on being back the next time we come to Topeka.

Host was super responsive, the location was very walkable (would be especially good for football games and graduation), and the price was affordable.
