VERY CLEAN..NO SERVICE FEE, low cleaning fee,Very safe area! Keurig coffee maker.This 1 bedroom 1 bath home is close to everything. In five minutes or less to most places in Albany. Yet has a great country feel on 1.25 acres of land, on a dead end street. Internet WIFI is very fast and works perfect.
