We will personally assist you upon your arrival, my husband or I, or both, will try as much as possible to introduce you to our city and our history, with recommendations of places to visit and places where you can savor our gastronomy........ The mysterious Santa Cruz neighborhood, the Cathedral and its Giralda, the Alcázar gardens, the famous and renowned churches of Seville, all this and more await you just a few minutes walk from our apartment. The Puerta de Jerez metro station is just a ten-minute walk away, the Santa Justa train station is just twenty minutes away, and there are several private parking lots just a five-minute walk from the apartment Our building consists of both private and tourist apartments. We ask you to be considerate of the other neighbors' peace, so we inform you that it is totally forbidden to have parties in the building and in the apartment. The maximum number of people in the apartment is limited to four.

This AMAZING duplex apartment full of natural light is located in a PRIVILEGED LOCATION in the heart of historic district of Seville. This prime and quiet location has one of the best views of the neighborhood , facing a convent from the XVII century, as you can imagine, this UNIQUE atmosphere creates perfect place to relax and unwind after visiting vibrant Seville.
