Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Dorsoduro, Venice

Highly recommend staying at Andrea and Valentina’s home in Venice. The location is convenient from the main train station. Very large and spacious with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The garden and hot tub were amazing additions - especially after tired legs from walking all day. Their home is so beautiful, I could spend all day sitting in their garden out back. And the front door opens right up to the canal. It was a beautiful place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The street was very pleasant and walkable. It was very calm and peaceful in the mornings and then livens up at night, but not loud at all once you’re inside. Andrea was very kind and communicative and offered tons of great local recommendations. This was our favorite part of our entire trip to Italy! We will definitely be back. 100% recommend staying here if you are coming to Venice. Grazie mille Andrea and Valentina!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

The apartment is hands on one of the most beautiful accommodations I’ve been in Airbnb. Modern, spacious, extremely clean and well equipped. It has a view towards the docks and is located in an industrial, but very quiet location. The access to Venice was quite easy, once we get used to the surroundings. There is a bus stop one minute away, but it comes every 30 minutes. If you don’t mind walking for max 10 minutes, there is a bus stop near Interspar that is more convenient. Also, there are not many convenience shops around, so make sure to get water/whatever you need from Interspar. All in all, I would recommend wholeheartedly the apartment if you want to stay in Mestre and not in Venice.

Une magnifique maison en plein centre de Venise! Complètement privé, l'espace de vie est réparti du plusieurs étages (comme les photos l'illustrent bien). Tout est propre et calme. La literie est confortable. La cuisine est équipée (attention petit frigo et pas de four ni de lave vaisselle). Situé dans le quartier San Marco, tout est accessible à pied ! L'accueil à l'arrivée au vaporetto par Alessandra était très agréable. Bref une location de choix pour visiter Venise.

Das Haus von Nicola ist super. Das dreistockige Gebäude hat sehr viel Platz für eine große Familie. Zwei Küchen sind vollständig ausgestattet, sogar je mit dem Geschirrspüler. Fast jedes Raum hat eigene Klumaanlage. Vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung viele freie Parkplätze. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Umgebung, aber Padova und Venedig sind erreichbar ca im Verlaufe einer Stunde. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit Nicole verlief einwandfrei. Immer empfehlenswert.

l'appartamento è ampio, spazioso, pulitissimo, offre un serie di plus favolosi, sauna, bagno turco, idromassaggio, doccia emozionale, tutto perfetto, un esempio per molti host, bravo, bellissimo lavoro.

The place was wonder itself with 200 % satisfaction. Olga was very kind and responded quickly. All he rooms, kitchen, furniture, equipment was clean and with high standard. Thanks, Olga!!

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte nella struttura di Alvise e possiamo confermare le tante recensioni positive. Avendo organizzato una gita a Venezia l alloggio è risultato la scelta perfetta per raggiungere per raggiungere la laguna con pochi minuti di un comodo treno. L alloggio si trova proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria e senza stress molto velocemente siamo arrivati destinazione. Il parcheggio all interno della struttura è stato comodissimo, la camera bella spaziosa e pulita e la colazione fantastica poiché molto curata con prodotti selezionati di qualità e a km 0. Super consigliato torneremo sicuramente!

Sono sempre alla ricerca di belle case per godermi il tempo con gli amici quando torno in Italia per pochi giorni, con questa villa abbiamo raggiunto il massimo livello di lusso, dato soprattutto dalla presenza di tante camere e tanti bagni. Torneremo sicuramente

Frederica en haar vader zijn geweldige hosts. De communicatie is snel en accuraat. De ontvangst in het huisje was prettig en Stephan was heel vriendelijk. Het huis is heel fijn. Alle gemakken zijn aanwezig. De tuin is prachtig. Helaas konden we er door het slechte weer weinig gebruik van maken. De locatie van het huis is heel gunstig, vlakbij Padua en halverwege Verona en Venetië. Ook een tripje naar de Dolomieten is vanuit hier prima te doen. Kortom een fantastisch huis op een heel goede plek. We komen graag nog een keer terug!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elena's place. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Elena's hospitality was outstanding—she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She even insisted on cleaning the house herself so we could enjoy our vacation to the fullest.
