Great Glen Cabin in Inverness

Great Glen Cabin is situated on the Great Glen Way on the edge of Inverness. Situated 2 miles from the town centre and on two bus routes, this makes an ideal choice for two people passing through or staying longer. There is a double bed and also a simple sofa bed (sleeping bag required). Fast WiFi and parking for two cars. The cabin is situated in the front garden of my house. Bedding and towels supplied. Closest shop 1 mile away. Gaelic and English spoken. Fàilte oirbh uile.

Black Glance

Sealladh Dubh sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, there's fishing - permit required - on the doorstep,beautiful views over the Black Isle. Dingwall town centre is a 10 minute walk - aprox 1/2 mile - with many cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. The North Coast 500 route also passes through Dingwall. Hill walking and nature trails are also easily accessible or if it's beaches you're after, there's an abundance. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bread, water and butter.

The Boat Shed

The Boat Shed nestles under a large ancient Monterey Pine at the bottom of our garden in the beautiful village of Findhorn. Less than two minutes from Findhorn Bay and a ten minute walk to the beach on the Moray Firth. Guests have their own access and sole use of the Boat Shed. Just a short walk to local pubs, restaurants, cafes, shop and Marina. Perfect for a short break or holiday. The Bothy benefits from a fire pit to enjoy sundowners and northern lights from, looking onto a loch. There is also a log burner for those chillier evenings. Bring drinking water and food. This newly built, open plan studio has a woodburning stove, great views and is ideally suited for exploration of Loch Ness, NC500 and the hills, glens and beaches of north Scotland. The hosts live next door, but the studio has its own private garden area and plenty of parking. There are lovely walks from the door through fields and forest, and a chance to see the Northern Lights. The cabin is in a peaceful rural setting, but only 12 miles from the city of Inverness.
