Dala cottage with lake property

Welcome to our cozy cottage right by the water with sauna, fireplace and private jetty. Here you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views and fishing right outside the door. In winter, you can swim in the ice water from the jetty, and if the weather permits, ski tracks are run up on the lake. The surroundings consist of berry and mushroom forests with beautiful walking trails. In summer, you can take a trip on the rowing boat or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. The cottage is only 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

Accommodation closer to the water is hard to find. Taking the boat or, in winter, going out to Holmen nearby to barbecue and watch the sunset is an extra bonus. Two paddleboards are available for hire, as well as an electric motor for the boat. In summer, cattle sometimes walk nearby, and you may then need to open and close fences to get to the cottage. The internet works well with mobile broadband. WINTER INFO: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family slope 12 km away.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Stay in the countryside in a fantastic natural environment, but still close to everything you want during your stay in Dalarna. 100 meters down to a small lake. Älv-Hyddan

Welcome to this cozy cottage at the edge of Dalälven, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors, there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and WiFi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot basks in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the dock. Firewood and canoe are available for a fee. One bedroom with double bed, and a 140 cm sofa bed upstairs. P.S. Keep an eye out for the beaver on the water in the evening

Large villa with spectacular lake views in popular Stjärnsund. Uniquely decorated house with that little extra. Two large verandas in both directions, where you can enjoy morning sun as evening sun and a fantastic sunset. It is less than 50 meters to the jetty with a wood-fired sauna and only 300 meters to the nearest beach. Boat with electric motor and canoes are available. One hour to both Romme Alpin and Kungsberget and if you like ice swimming as much as we do, the ice hole is open all winter.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.
