Holiday rentals with beach access in Dorio

Was great to stay at Savina’s place. She was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had hired a car and Savina arranged parking across the road for us in the shared underground car park which was helpful, as the property is located about 25 min walk out of the main town. The property is most suited to a family with kids as the second bedroom has two smaller single beds. It’s exactly as described and we loved staying there.

Elena is a very kind and responsive host. She recommended what to do on New Year's Eve. Clean, spacious and well organized apartment. Above all, come back in the summer.

This was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The apartment is perfectly located right on the lake, with stunning views from the lookout. It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from the kitchen to the bathroom essentials. Check-in was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with chocolates, sparkling wine, and fresh flowers — such a thoughtful touch. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Varenna, but the walk is beautiful and well worth it. Plus, there’s a fantastic restaurant just across the road. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The hosts were very helpful and anticipated any questions or needs. Easy self-check in. Their apartment size was just right for 2 adults with a toddler for a 3 night stay, and very clean. We didn’t eat in so cannot comment on kitchen amenities for cooking. Nice crib provided at my request. We loved spending time on the sun terrace with our 2yr old daughter, and right across the street was access to a beach which she loved spending some time on. Just a short walk up the street was a good pizzeria and a few other restaurants with outside seating and great views. Downstairs was a restaurant where we also enjoyed coffee and fresh croissants in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

One of the prettiest properties I've ever stayed in. the view of Lake como was simply phenomenal. words can't describe how good it was. Eros and Daniel went above and beyond their way to make our stay great. I have never seen a more humble, friendly and gracious host as Daniel. He was like a dear friend to us. The amenities in the house are simple top of the mark especially the kitchen and the washroom. All the resturant recommendations Daniel gave were excellent. we would definitely recommend to our friends.

Manuele’s beautiful apartment was a perfect place to stay for our family of five. Manuele sent great instructions ahead of our stay that made check-in very easy, including tips on car-free pathways to the beach and central Bellagio. We loved our stay at Bellagio Love and will absolutely be back!

Most amazing place!! Super peaceful and cheap and yummy restaurants near!! The view is INSANE!! The host is so amazing!! Completely exceeded our expectations! She is super responsive and so helpful!!! We would 100% stay here again!

We'll be back for sure... Very friendly and helpful hosts. You look directly at the mountains and Ascona... And if you're in the mood for Italy, you only drive 8 kilometers to espresso or eat.

Federico’s apartment has an excellent location. Description and reviews provided us accurate information of apartment with it’s pros and cons and it was exactly what we expected. Federico responded quickly to all messages and was very friendly.

We absolutely loved staying at Natalie’s. It was a perfect place for our family trip to Lake Como area. Very close to the ferries in Varenna with fantastic views of lake Como. We loved hanging out on the patio for happy hour and sunsets… sometimes it was hard to leave in order further explore Lake Como! Highly recommended.

We had a great time at Luigi's house in a very good location by Lake Como . Everything was perfect, the house very well equipped and very clean and Luigi very kind and good advice. The place is wonderful and peaceful not far from Milan and Bergamo but a little secluded to be able to fully enjoy the lake and the calm . We really recommend it.

Had 4 fantastic nights at Andrea’s place, what a view! He was helpful in so many ways - lots of great local recommendations, the place was immaculate and the hot tub was lovely! We would definitely want to come and stay again at some point! Highly recommend!

Our stay at the little house was great! The views from the balcony were unbelievable, area was quiet, peaceful and private. Kathi the host was a great help, giving recommendations for places and things to do. The entire place was clean, cosy and homely! Only little negative was that we heard noise from the rooms above later on in the evening when we were trying to sleep. However this can’t be helped.

We had a wonderful stay. Riccardo’s home is wonderful and as described. The lake and Mountains View are breathtaking. A great place to relax and be peaceful. Walkable to Menaggio and easy to take the ferry to other towns like Bellagio and Varenna. Riccardo is a great and responsive to all questions. Can’t wait to go back again!

We are very satisfied. The apartment was very clean the location is super close to the lake. There are a few restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. The hostess was always available very friendly and helpful. She also gave us travel tips. This was the cleanest Airbnb stay we've visited so far. With a week to spend on Lake Como, I wanted somewhere quiet and with personality. Nothing quite measured up until I found Teddy's place. It's on the top two floors with a lot of space and - the clincher - fantastic views of the lake from the sitting room, where I spent a lot of time. There is also a lot of privacy, despite being surrounded by other buildings. I really liked the location in Malgrate, which is walking distance from Lecco. There are several nice shops and restaurants on the road below the property, a good supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a waterfront promenade that makes a nice running route. Teddie was a friendly and responsive host and was kind enough to drive me and my big bag to and from the station. Would recommend.

This was an excellent four night stay at Gian’s place. First off, he is an awesome host. Super helpful with recommendations for restaurants and sights in the lake como area. Bellano is a wonderful location to discover Lake Como without the large crowds of the larger centres. Gian’s place was exactly as advertised and your money goes much further there than other places. Lots of nice restaurants in Bellano as well and very good value. Gian’s place has everything you need for a great stay in lake Como.

Cleto was very friendly and always responded immediately when we had a question. He also picked us up from the bus station by car. With all the meals and luggage up the mountain on foot, it would have been very exhausting - if we had found the right way at all! We were also allowed to leave our luggage before check in and after check out. The place was very nice and spacious and we were allowed to spend a nice Easter weekend there. Thank you, Cleto!

We had a great time at the grandparents' house! Everything was as advertised, clean and tidy; upon our arrival they were already there waiting for us as agreed on the site. Very bright environment, equipped with anything you need, from the bathroom to the kitchen to the bedrooms. It doesn't bother you at all. Great location, sunny, quiet area but great location to visit the lake and surroundings. Dear Corrado as a host and remarkable availability in everything. I can only recommend this place! :D
