On equestrian property of 50 hectares, I offer 1 rental in a stone character house with comfort, on the edge of a large body of water. A swimming pool is at your disposal (not adjoining), it is shared between the tenants of the 3 summer cottages. The cottage is composed of 2 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed and the other equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. We prioritize bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Studio by the River

Independent riverside studio in the heart of the charming village of Mouthiers sur Boëme 15min from the center of Angouleme. The accommodation and access are completely self-contained, private terrace and common garden. Canoeing available (free, upon request). The studio has a large 160 cm bed, a kitchen and dining area (hotplate, Airfryer, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave and toaster) and a large connected TV Linens and towels are provided.
