Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house, Chez Colette et Mimi, is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful areas of Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It's the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne region. Chez Colette et Mimi is the old barn, built in 1702, which we converted into a luxurious house.

La Maison du Ballandreau, classified as Meublé de Tourisme 5*, is an 18th century house, completely renovated, located in the heart of the village. Enjoy a peaceful walled garden, a large heated pool (May to early October), secured by a low wall (1.10 m high) and a beautiful covered terrace, 7 bedrooms and their independent bathrooms (air conditioning on the ground floor and 2nd floor). Walk to all restaurants, shops, markets, services and village entertainment.

Restored carpenter workshop in Périgord Noir, at the crossroads of the most beautiful sites of the Dordogne Valley, the Lot Valley and the Vezere. In Carlux, a small village, you will find shops (grocery store and bakery) and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity (canoes, bike path, hikes and swimming along the Dordogne three minutes away). Large shopping malls are 10 minutes away. Pool shared with another gite. Closed from 7.09.2025 to 01.04.26.

This private, fully restored stone cottage is part of a charming exclusive 16th century hamlet. Nestled between fields of barley and sunflowers, with amazing views of the South Dordogne countryside, is it a stones throw from the charming Medieval village of Issigeac. The Borie at Jurmilhac is the perfect destination for a getaway in the Dordogne, visiting the bastides, castles, touring the local wine routes or just relaxing on the estate.
