Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Dorchester, Boston

This worked really well for my family coming for graduation! Lovely place, easy and clear communication.

This place was perfect for my weekend trip to my hometown. It was actually one block away from my old apartment! The location is close to two bus lines that run frequently and take you into Harvard Square, which provides easy access to the rest of the T. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. You have to call the host for check-in and I prefer self check-in, but that is the only thing I didn't love. The host was responsive and friendly so it wasn't a big deal. The parking spot is awesome and a huge plus for the Boston area I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, modern basement apartment with great amenities. Two bedrooms with two extra foldout twin beds. Perfect for our visit with family in Braintree! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for accommodating us.

The surrounding area was really nice. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very attentive and made sure that everything ran smoothly.

Very clean house, very friendly host and mostly very responsive and available at any time. Bus station within few blocks which is very practical. We appreciated a lot our stay and we'd highly recommend it.

Erin's studio was absolutely beautiful. quiet, and centrally located to everything.. Itwas immaculately clean. and well stocked. The neighborhood was perfect for an afternoon stroll to take in the gorgeous landscape. Would definitely return and stay again

Great to stay at for a weekend or week stay. Everything needed within walking distance, no rental car needed. Bus stop is very close and commuter rail is close also. Target and village market also within walking distance. Hosts responded to any questions very fast. Unit is accommodating for baby. Pack and play and high chair available. Would definitely stay here again.

Great safe spot to stay if you are looking for a home base to explore Boston. Very clean and had everything we needed. We originally were going to use the nearby metro to get into the city, but for 4 people, an Uber/Lyft was cheaper and more convenient.

Jose responded extremely fast to any of our questions and was very friendly. From arrival until the time we left our privacy was respected, and the top half of the house was very quiet. The rental is very clean and dog friendly. This is very close to Boston and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and we will come back for all of our future trips. This is also very close to the Stoneham zoo.

Had a lovely stay at the apartment. It is spacious and is in a convenient location about 10 min walk to subway and could easily use public transport to get to points of interest in 15-30 min. Close to several parks/greenspaces and good restaurants. Maria is a very helpful, considerate, and polite host.

It was a very pleasant stay at your house - it was very clean and very safe. Our parents had the most wonderful time staying there. Irvin was very responsive and always available during the entirety of our stay.

Our Stay at Victoria’s was great!! The house is beautiful! We felt so comfy we didn’t want to leave. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing! Super convenient location was about 10-20 minutes near everything we needed or wanted ie the zoo, Wegmans and shopping plazas. Victoria was very quick to respond and gave great suggestions especially for the pizza spot. Parking was great in the driveway and the neighbors were super friendly! All was great and we’ll be coming back hopefully in the Fall! Thank you!

Phyllis was the perfect host: friendly, responsive, and clear in her directions to find and get in the house. The unit was clean and cozy. We slept well during our stay, because of the quiet surroundings, comfortable bed, and air conditioning, which we only needed on the first night (otherwise, there’s a nice breeze that flows through the unit). For us, it was the perfect location, being close to family who live in JP, and we hope to stay there again!

We cannot praise Mimi and Manny highly enough. The place was beautiful, with every amenity needed to feel at home. Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and charming. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The unit was spacious, clean, easy to find, easy to check in, and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the front porch. We stayed for three nights, and our every need was met. Highly recommend both the place, and the hosts, for anyone needing to stay in the area.

We loved Andy’s place! Comfortable beds, hot strong shower, very roomy. Two balconies! Shops, restaurants, diners, grocery stores, discount stores, all in easy walking distance. There are quite a lot of steps to get up to the apartment, but they’re well-lit and there are hand rails everywhere. My sister lives less than a mile away from Andy’s house and doesn’t always have room for all of us. We’ll definitely be back!

Adorable brownstone in JP! Close to the orange line, quiet neighborhood with lots of families. House was great, lots of space.

We greatly enjoyed our time staying at this Airbnb! Elena was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. It was located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, and a short walk away from the Orange Line which was convenient to get around the city. The apartment itself was clean, modern, well stocked with towels, toiletries,ect, and spacious enough, while also feeling cozy. The washer and dryer in unit was a nice addition as well. I look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Boston!

We stayed at Karina's condo for 4 days and loved it! It's close to Fenway Park, subway trains, restaurant's, & local markets. Behind the unit is a beautiful path/park (Southwest Corridor Path) that leads you toward city center. Highly recommend this route if you're exploring the city by foot. We also loved the bathroom shower! We would stay here again & highly recommend!

Chandra is an amazing host; she was very responsive and helpful when we were looking for something to do on our rainy last day. She also supplied umbrellas, which we could not have done without! The place is even cuter in person; it's updated and has a cozy vibe and a nice record player with a good album selection and lots of cool art made by Chandra! My favorite is the Mr. T sculpture! The keypads on the inside and outside building doors are very convenient and simpler to use than having to carry a key. Nice newer shower and comfortable bed. Large kitchen, comfy couch, and just a cute, interestingly decorated apartment. The rooftop patio is so nice...it's got a grill and 360 views. I wish the weather had been nicer so we could have hung out there more. Not really close to many bars or restaurants, but an easy walk to the train station or the bike rentals and a 30-minute (ish) walk to the Fenway Park area. I would stay there again; it felt like home.

Our stay was wonderful, our hosts were communicative, and I would be more than happy to return. The unit was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. The living room and kitchen are incredibly spacious - more so than I would have thought from the pictures. The outdoor spaces provide nice fresh air, and everything else is as advertised. But, sometimes, it's the little things that make an AirBnB. I took time each day to recover with a nice sauna. They have the things that hosts normally don't provide but everyone needs - aluminum foil, saran wrap, ziploc baggies, extra blankets, extra towels, and more. The shower that I used was great. Good water pressure. Good HVAC and water temp. Great natural light. Keyless entry, meaning no "who gets the keys" juggling. No ridiculous checkout expectations. So many "good AirBnB" boxes checked. :) The location is great to either explore East Boston (which has its own charm I wasn't aware of) or to get downtown. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Konrad ‘s place is simply unbeatable for the price location and the sheer size and comfort of this loft It’s walkable to almost everywhere. It’s extremely safe. It’s few steps down to Chinatown. And you could easily walk to Newbury Street For me the best part of Konrad ‘s loft was the space. Airy and bright. A wonderful kitchen. Konrad himself was extremely responsive to any queries I had. Don’t think twice this is where you need to stay in Boston. Was super sad to leave.
