Jason is a welcoming and gracious host. He made us feel very much at home and was always responsive. The basement apartment worked great! Jason clearly put a lot of thought into designing a cozy place. There’s plenty of space and plenty of natural light. We also appreciated both having a kitchenette and access to the main kitchen. The location made it easy to get to the places we came to Madison to see, and it was also close to plenty of restaurants and other amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Rented for two team members visiting from India for almost 2 months. We enjoyed the view, the amenities, how close it was to pretty much anything you want! Parking, gym, practically brand new apartment. Nothing to complain about. Paul was responsive, accommodating, everything we needed. These kinds of arrangements are surprisingly difficult to arrange. 2 months in a hotel is a hard pass, short term leases to corporate accounts are rare and very expensive. Paul's was home to my two employees. They would even go home at lunch every day to make the food they love. It was a great experience, glad we could make it work. Paul's will be our go-to location for future long term visitors from international offices.

Nice, dog-friendly place to stay near Madison. We were in town to visit family so we didn’t spend much time at the Airbnb. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. It was perfect for our needs for the weekend and we would stay there again. Loved the welcome gifts (waters, snacks, and flowers) that were left for us!
