Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The house has 1 wood-burning stove in the kitchen and 1 tiled stove in the living room, which conjure up a cosy warmth in the house. The bathtub also invites you to relax. In addition, a garden with seating and a barbecue is available. Guests especially appreciate the natural surroundings with their mountain landscape, which is ideal for hiking. But our municipality has also received an award for air quality

Vacation home in a secluded location plus farm experience

Vacation in a wonderful secluded location on sunny Geisberg. The rustic Glücksmüh' is a 65 m² self-catering hut. With us you can enjoy the tranquility, the fresh mountain air and the great view in the house or in the sauna. The nearest ski resorts: Kreischberg, Turracher Höhe, Fanningberg, etc. are only about 30 minutes away. In the winter, it is advantageous to take snow chains with you. The highlight, however, is collecting mushrooms in summer (chanterelles, boletus, parasol).

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Just being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right at the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the centre of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
