Antonio's place was fabulous. The apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, well-furnished and quite large. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable for a great stay. Antonio was very kind, thoughtful and responsive. He answered any questions immediately and kindly provided us with suggestions for restaurants, bars and street food (you must try the market and sandwich place he suggests... the sandwiches are to die-for!!! The location is great is close to the archeological site where you can see among many things the Greek theatre and getting to Ortigia is a 25 minute walk, but I would suggest you drive there or if going at night, take a taxi/uber back if you don't have a car. If you have a car, it's easy to get to other spots such as Ragusa, Noto, Modica or take a hike to Cava Grande Overall, it was an extremely pleasant stay. Thanks Antonio!

Wonderful location right on the beach. There are many beautiful places just around the corner that include good restaurants and markets but you need a car to get there. We loved staying here and I must say that Rosemarie is the best host ever. You have all you need there and if not, Rosemarie can provide for you. Thank you for everything. You are surely on our list if we are coming back to Sicily.

The landlord will come to open the door and introduce the house in detail. You can park anywhere in the unmarked parking area. The main street is just down the stairs from the house. It is very convenient. The house is very big. There are two rooms with bathrooms. The roof is high and it is very cool in summer. There is a large terrace with a good view.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

The area in which the residence is located is downright fantastic. The terrace, the large garden with many trees, shrubs and flowers and the view of the sea is unique, a paradise. A car is a necessity to get to places, do shopping and go out. Our contact with Maria Novella and Federico was very warm. The tips (restaurants and interesting sights) they gave us were worth their weight in gold. Be sure to use the specified coordinates to get to the location without any problems. The accommodation is otherwise not so easy to find. In short, this place is one in a thousand, the landlords still know what the real philosophy of AirBnb can be.

Would definitely stay here again. Marisa was super kind and let us keep our bags at the apartment even after we checked out so we could walk around more. The apartment had a lovely balcony view as well. Great location.

Eleonora's accommodation is extremely well located with a terrace with breathtaking views of the duomo and the other side of Modica. The accommodation is very spacious, with functional equipment. Bedding is good . The street at the foot of the house is a road passing from modica alta and quite noisy with vehicles but the room overlooking the back is quiet. We were lucky enough to come during the St George's festivities. Eléonora kindly lent us her garage during this busy period, but in return the street was often closed to traffic, which was a plus for us. You can walk around Modica easily - a lot of walking but it's one of the charms of the city - supermarket and good restaurant nearby. We'd love to come back to this place

Comfortable, spacious apartment in a very walkable location close to everything. The lovely roof deck was the best part for coffee in the morning and sunset (and swifts). Highly recommended.

Wow — this place was absolutely incredible! The photos truly don’t do it justice. The views were breathtaking, the location was unbeatable, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The service and accommodations were spot on — very helpful, very friendly, and made us feel right at home. Everything you need is within walking distance, and you’re in the ocean within 60 seconds. We’re already dreaming about coming back, hopefully for a full month next time. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

Casa Tivoli was even better than we imagined. We spent a blissful four days exploring Scicli and the surrounding area, aided by Francesca's first-class recommendations. Undoubtedly our favourite stop on our trip around Sicily. Thank you very much.

Nice location, lovely in 'the middle of nowhere', with a nice swimming pool. Apartment is fine and cozy and can be kept cool by air conditioning. Kitchen utensils are simple but sufficient. Slightly better quality and larger pans would be better because they are now dangerously hot.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of Avola, very hospitable and very clean. Equipped with a large terrace where you can have breakfast in the open air and enjoy the silence of the evening. A stone's throw from the centre, you can reach numerous places and monuments on foot. The host, very kind, welcomed us and accompanied us to the checkout in an impeccable and professional manner. Giuseppe is a wonderful host - very helpful, kind and considerate. We felt at home with him. The property is wonderful! Very close to the sea, with a wonderful bay and almost no tourists. If you want to relax from the hustle and bustle, Giuseppe's house is perfect! You will find everything you need for your vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with a comfortable bed and a private garden with sun loungers, table and chairs, barbecue area and outdoor shower. It is a great starting point for exploring Catania, Taormina or Syracuse. In the area there are many grocery stores, a pharmacy and a hospital, but to enjoy all the services you will need a car, which you can rent at the airport or in Augusta. Well furnished house very comfortable for two couples who care about privacy. Located in the center of Marina di Ragusa, it allows you to get to the center and the waterfront without taking any means. Host available for every request.

Nothing to say, very cozy, well-kept, clean and comfortable apartment. Scicli amazes by its beauty and elegance, shops open even at night...to visit! Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would love to go back!

Great place, was very cozy and just the trick for a short trip where you can take a 20 minute walk to the city center. The outdoor patio was also great.

Alberto's house is more welcoming in person than in the photos, it is bright and quiet and equipped with every comfort that can be used during the stay. The appliances work perfectly and the host takes care to provide basic necessities (coffee, oil, water, etc.), for which we thank him. The location allows you to reach both the Greek Theatre and Ortigia with a short walk, so once you park, you can forget about the car. Alberto is also a very nice and helpful person, he welcomed us in person and dedicated his time to the information we needed. I would definitely book her house again and recommend it.

Great place, within walking distance beach, restaurants, transport. Hosts lovely people , very thoughful and caring, went out of way to help. Would definitely stay there again.

Marco was a fantastic host. He confidently guided us through the rather tricky entrance with all the help (the apartment is located in a very winding, by the way not barrier-free complex, which in turn is in a kind of "gadet community" with many other holiday resorts and holiday homes, which can only be passed through a barrier and gates. We were incredibly lucky and were almost the only guests in the complex. So we had the great and very clean pool almost to ourselves. In general, everything was very quiet and peaceful and we were almost alone. The view from Marcos' terrace is a dream. Absolutely fantastic view of the sea and Mount Etna. Depending on the time of day, some sun, some shade. Simply outstanding. The complex/apartment from the 60s has a great charm, albeit a bit outdated;) Unfortunately, we searched in vain for access to the sea. Many paths were blocked or overgrown. Thank you, Marco!🫶
