The house overlooks the coast but has its entrance in the back. The apartment sleeps 5 people, has two bedrooms, one double and one triple with private bathrooms. The most popular destinations of our land's artistic and cultural heritage such as Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla are easily accessible. Broadening our horizon, the Donnalucata vacation home is a good starting point for excursions to the beautiful archaeological sites of Syracuse, on the eastern side, and the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento, on the western side. Running towards the interior of the island, other easy-to-reach destinations such as Piazza Armerina, with the famous Villa del Casale, or Caltagirone with its artistic ceramics. And then there's the sea, our sea, to be experienced all year round for those who practice windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing or sailing, but also just for walking (the beaches are endless) or for an off-season swim! We want our guests to discover a Sicily of colors, flavors, nature and art. Donnalucata vacation home is a family villa, it is inhabited on the first floor all year round by my sister who lives there with her family and three dogs enjoying the sunsets, the sea and the mild temperatures of our winter. An atmosphere of complete relaxation, the sun and the sea, the scents, the sand and its golden dunes, the Mediterranean vegetation and the color of the stone with which many houses are built will make you fall in love, as it happened to us, with the Iblea coast. A few kilometers away, you can visit the Baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa-Ibla and Noto.

The attic with sea view (35 m2) is an ideal space to accommodate 2-3 people. Located on the third and top floor (without a lift) of a modern building, it is equipped with large sliding windows and a large furnished terrace (30 m2) with table and chairs. The accommodation is perfect for a couple's holiday and enjoys a panoramic view of the entire gulf of Marina di Ragusa. There is a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and open space living room-kitchen complete with sofa bed.

Bimmisca Cottage - cypress

“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea. Access to the beach is direct and private. The bedsea is low for many meters and very hot.
