House holiday rentals in Donji Vinjani

Tonci's accommodation is a hidden gem. The approach is very steep and due to a bottleneck, it is recommended to use a small car (we rented a VW Polo and a Renault Capture). However, the hardships are definitely worth it! We were greeted personally by Tonci at around 8:30 pm. He had provided a small cheese/sausage platter and showed us the apartment. Contrary to the statement that there was no hot water, there was some, you just had to turn the boiler switch. The apartment was clean and looked like the pictures. Up in the mountains, you have a lot of privacy. The nearest neighbours live a good 60 m away. Tonci came by about every three days to maintain the pool (refill chlorine tablets and measure water level). While the pool was being refilled, there was time for questions about the surroundings and small conversations. We more than enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this accommodation.

We had an incredibly beautiful holiday and a great time all around! We were warmly welcomed at check-in - with a lovingly arranged plate that not only looked great, but was also really delicious. One evening, our hosts even grilled for us and spoiled us with delicious grill plates – that was a real highlight! The accommodation was equipped with everything you need on holiday – down to the smallest detail. There was really nothing missing. And if something was needed, the hosts brought it to us immediately and easily. There were also great restaurant recommendations and always an open ear for questions or requests. The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating and appreciative – you just felt completely comfortable and welcome. We highly recommend this place and would come back any time. Ana and her family are really great hosts. They take care, always ask if everything is good or if something is missing. One evening, Ana's father even brought over fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden. In addition, we were once invited to dinner at their own restaurant. The food was really delicious and the community with them was nice. In terms of amenities, everything is really available. Even more than expected. The location is super nice. It is quiet and you have privacy. The private pool was the highlight for us. We were super satisfied with our stay at Vila Iko and would only recommend it to everyone 😍😍

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

We had an wonderful stay at Villa Magic View! The surroundings and especially the view was amazing. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and playroom very much. Because this is a new neighborhood the ubers sometimes had a hard time finding us but it always worked out in the end. We recommend renting a scooter to get up and down the hill easily but walking it is also a option, a little cardio :) I really recommend this place if you want to enjoy yourself in a luxorious villa. We will definetly come again.

We had a great stay here! Everything matched the pictures exactly. Ria was super accessible, we immediately felt welcome and we got great tips. The area is beautiful, you can easily free your head from everyday life. Beautiful excursion destinations are also easy to find and if you have any questions you can also contact Ria at any time, who has great recommendations!

Beautiful stone house with magnificent views over the sea. Very tastefully decorated. A little off the beaten track - a car is therefore highly recommended. Jovana is a great host and responds quickly. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place! We will definitely want to come back. Everything is as described, beautiful view from the terrace, parking by the building, 20m to the beach, washer and dryer so you can wash things. Next to small eateries, a store, it's definitely worth coming here for longer!

The hosts were super warm and friendly. The building is situated in a quiet village and has a beautiful vegetable garden. The kitchen is well equipped and the hosts even helped us out with some special requests. There is a small store, and in summer comes a bakery and a vegetable car frequently. We drove 1,5 hours to a beautiful beach. Thanks for the great hospitality! We will be back!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful house! It is the perfect place to unwind. We spent a lot of time in the garden reading and enjoying the splendid views or explored the surroundings. There are plenty of walks right in front of the doorstep. Makarska is a 10 min drive by car and has great restaurants and everything else you need. Stipe is a very friendly and helpful host. He provided everything we needed including some great ideas for walks. We would definitely recommend to stay at his place if you love nature and solitude. The only downside: the chimney of the fireplace is blocked by a bee's nest who were very upset. We tried it twice to lit a fire and there was smoke all over the place, even in the bedrooms, especially on the first floor which is dangerous and has to be fixed.

An amazing house with a beautiful garden and pool. Exactly as shown in the photos, plenty of communal spaces to dine and relax - inside and by the pool. We rented a car at Zadar airport (a necessity), which meant we could do day trips to Split, the Blue Lake, the beaches and even Mostar in Bosnia Herzegovina. Our host was welcoming and so helpful during our stay, with lots of suggestion of places to visit. They were also quick to answer any questions about the house, etc.

Josipa's place is located up in the mountains but just 10 mins drive to punta rata a very nice beach spot. She will give you a parking card which we really appreciated as parking around it's a bit tricky House is basic but with everything you need Clean and comfortable We didn't enjoy much the space outside, table and chairs and the little allotment, of the house as we spent most of the time exploring the surroundings

We stayed at Villa for 14 days. We and the kids loved it. We felt right at home. The host and his family, who lives right next door, are super friendly and always helpful. We can very well imagine booking the accommodation again and can recommend you with a clear conscience 👍

The place is great and we had a wonderful week there. The garden is spacious and ideal for us as we arrived with two dogs. There are many seating areas and a nice, large pool. The rooms are bright, clean and modernly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the air conditioning and the fly screens on the bedroom windows, which made the hot nights more pleasant. There are good shopping and small, cozy restaurants nearby. The hosts were also extremely friendly and helpful. They were always available to help and made sure we felt completely comfortable.

We travelled with family and had an amazing stay at Ivan's villa! The place was large, well equipped and spotless. The outdoor area was spacious and peaceful and had all you need. Ivan was very responsive and helpful with all our questions! There are bits (cafes, supermarkets, the lakes) within walking distance but we also had a car to explore further afield which i would recommend as the area is lovely and peaceful. Would definitely stay again

We loved our stay and highly recommand it to everyone: we felt immediately at home with the fruit and drinks that were waiting for us, everything is super clean, the pool and outside kitchen are just excellent, a great restaurant by the water at walking distance, border with Herzegovina at only 10 minutes away (very cool to make trips to Mostar, Medjugorje, Grude,...), our host Marin responded always in max 15 minutes to our questions, in the house herbs, toiletpaper, ... is present. In short, you can't find a better place! Thank you Marin!!
