Holiday rentals with lake access in Donji Štoj

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. The owner were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. A lovely simple apartment in a quiet corner of Albania. The views over the lake and across to the mountains were stunning, I couldn’t think of a better place to have my morning coffee!

The stay was beautiful the house is right at the lake in a very peaceful area. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in nature this is perfect for that. The house had everything you would need kitchen is equipped with necessities. The hosts were very kind and friendly, always responsive and answering our questions and needs. Highly recommended.

Host was friendly and greeted us personally. The apartment was exactly as described. Close to main bus station and promenade with restaurants. We were very happy with our one week stay here.

The host Alza is amazing. Great communication and nice room close to supermarket. Unfortunately we could not find enough bed sheets for 4 persons, but the rest of the appartment was fine. Thank you very much for the time.

Чистое и хорошее жилье в центре Бара. Есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Хозяин Борис очень дружелюбный, всегда был на связи и отвечал очень быстро. Только один недостаток, было хорошо слышно соседей. В остальном все было замечательно.

Apartment was just like pictures, very nice apartment, comfortable beds, plenty of shops and restaurants to visit all within walking distance. We were greeted by Armando in town, and he held a parking spot for us on the first day we arrived which was very helpful, as we were new to town, and were not yet familiar with the area. If we had questions, Armando was very quick to respond. We stayed for two nights as a family of 5 and while the hustle and bustle was outside of the apartment, it was very quiet and restful inside. We ate our meals out at the local restaurants but the kitchen looked well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

We hebben twee nachten genoten van ons verblijf. De accommodatie was van alle gemakken voorzien. De supermarkt beneden was superhandig, en er waren goede restaurants in de buurt. Ook was het een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen, zoals wandelen in Theth. Bedankt Orlando voor de fijne ervaring!

Nikola ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Stand jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat gerne geholfen oder stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Häuschen am Wasser war sehr schön und sauber. Es hat alles was man braucht. Grandios ist das man vom Bett direkt ins Wasser springen kann. In der Nähe sind ein paar wirklich sehr gute Konobas (Restaurants) das Essen war immer richtig richtig gut. Vielen Dank lieber Nikola.

That was amazing! Mirjana her husband and her son were the best hosts I ever had. Sweet, welcoming and very warm hearted. Our communication was good even though we didn't speak the language. The food they offered to us, was honestly the best we had on our trip and freshly made. They loved to have a chat with us but also absolutely respected our private sphere. The location of the flat is in the middle of beautiful nature surrounded by mountains. The wonderful Shkodra Lake is also not far away. 10/10 experience with wonderful people. Cottage in legno curatissimo su un ramo secondario del fiume. Vicino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti principali.... Atmosfera incantevole... Siamo stati benissimo

Such a beautiful place! Saved our holiday. So peaceful, great place to relax and take in the sun and have a swim in the river or paddle down to the beach.

Si buscas paz total, un cielo estrellado precioso, contacto con la naturaleza este es tu sitio. Pero si esperas ir a una cabaña y no encontrar mosquitos, avispas o arañas entonces quizás no entiendas la naturaleza como tal. Muy accesible al aeropuerto de Podgorica. También tienes supermercado a unos 5/10 min en coche. Tienen dos perritos muy educados que te harán de guardianes toda la noche. Noche mágica escuchando búhos y otros insectos. 100% recomiendo.

Die Unterkunft war zum Wohlfühlen: sehr geschmackvoll, stylisch, dezent eingerichtet. Warmes Licht. Ob drinnen oder draußen gemütlich. Kaltrinas Mutter vor Ort war eine herzliche Gastgeberin.

Probably one of the best sojenicas (river houses) out there! You have a lot of privacy in the garden which a lot of them lack, and the walk to the river is magical. And so close to the beach! We really enjoyed it. :)

this is an absolutely wonderful holiday home Clean air, silence and beauty all around. It is good to sleep here and have wonderful dreams. The house had everything necessary for life, high-quality pleasant bed linen and two bathrooms, which is very convenient for a family. My son loved to play in the large green area, and I felt calm for him. On the way to the sea there are fantastic views of the coast. This is a house in nature and you can meet interesting guests. In autumn and winter it can be a little cold I would love to come back here in the spring 🥰 Dilek and Melih are the sweetest and most responsive, they came to meet us when guests with a dog came to visit us
