Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 동탄1동

This apartment felt more like a home than a typical short-term rental. It’s thoughtfully furnished, very clean, and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The subway station is a bit of a walk away, but it’s still manageable. What really made a difference was the host: she communicated proactively, checked in on a regular basis, and responded quickly to any questions. I always felt well taken care of, which isn’t something you get everywhere. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Gangnam. The place was private and if you walk out there are lots to do. There are two convenient stores 1 minute away. Olive young was nearby as well! This place was at a great location in Gangnam where there was so much we could walk to and so much we could easily get to via public transit. The apartment was comfortable and clean although it got dusty when we opened the window. The shower door seems to leak some water, and some extra hooks to hold wet towels would've been nice, but there's a very large closet with hangers where we hung the towels and had plenty of space for our coats. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was spacious enough to accommodate two large suitcases, and there was a mirror, two tables to store our stuff, a comfy sofa, and a standby TV. The Airbnb was very close to namyeong and soomyung women university which made it extremely convenient to get around! we did not have to constantly switch lines as the stations are already there! There are many delicious food around, a convenience store just downstairs, and the amenities were useful.

We were a family of 3 (parents and 17 year old daughter) visiting Seoul for 2 weeks to see our eldest daughter who is studying at the Sookmyung Women's University. Kenny speaks excellent English and was at the apartment to welcome us. He also organised a taxi back to the airport for us. The apartment was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It was excellently located near Hyochang Park subway which meant getting around was very easy and the local CU convenience store is just a minute away which was useful. The weather was changeable in April and the apartment was very comfortable and warm. The ensuite shower is effectively a wet room so taking a shower required a bit of preparation but there was always plenty of hot water. It was great to have a second bathroom for our daughter. We mainly ate out in Itaewon as this was convenient for our daughter and 2 of us were vegetarian and gluten free. I would highly recommend this apartment as a base in Seoul.

Good neighborhood, close to Seven Eleven and restaurants. A long way from Seoul.

We stayed as a family of 12, and this Airbnb was perfect for us. There were plenty of rooms to accommodate everyone comfortably, and the 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens were incredibly helpful. All the appliances were in great working condition. While the road to the property included a steep area, it was manageable even for our group, which included a baby and 2 seniors. The location is very convenient, just a 2 mins walk to the subway and a nearby convenience store. The host was exceptional, meeting us upon check-in even though we arrived at 11pm. He took the time to explain how to use the appliances and access the gates. As a thoughtful gesture, he gifted us a tray of strawberries. He also went the extra mile by arranging the garbage and cleaning the bathrooms during our stay, which we really appreciated. We had a minor issue figuring out how to order food at night, but the host solved it by arranging the delivery for us. Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay at June’s place! The view from the apartment was great, the metro station was just 3-4min away by foot & the neighborhood was really cool! We can only recommend staying here 😊 Thanks for everything:)

Very convenient location, comfortable beds. Has all the amenities a traveler would need. Be mindful of the shower wand placement or water will go outside the bathroom. For Americans, the dryer function takes 3x longer than at home so allow a min of 3.5 hrs for the dryer.

Great place to stay for 5-6 person. Nice & very clean house. The host very kind and friendly. Great location.. 15min by taxi to myeondong & Seoul Tower. Thanks to the host..surely will stay here in my next visit to Seoul

두명이서 썼는데 너무 만족합니다! 인테리어도 아기자기하게 잘 꾸며져 있고 침대도 너무 편했어요! 그리고 폴라로이드도 찍을 수 있고 안마기도 있어서 짧은 시간이었지만 힐링하고 갑니다! 다음에 또 이용할게요

The place had 3 rooms (kitchen area, bedroom and living room) and had everything in the apartment you need. The price was also good. One of rare and better places I have stayed on this site. The bed was soft enough, curtains to help block sunlight (rare to find) washing machines etc. The host was responsive, courteous, and professional.

The location is convenient to the subway and to coffee shops and restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood and the house have character. It’s not a totally updated decor and mechanics, but it was a good value for a good location. I felt safe there for sure.

Logement conforme à l’annonce. Logement spacieux et parfait pour 2 familles. Lave-linge et sèche linge à disposition. La terrasse est un plus pour se relaxer. Bus et métro à proximité. Hôte très réactif et attentionné. Parfait pour un premier séjour à Séoul! Grand merci.

Great/clean place. Close to base…5-8 minute walk to main Gate/SED. Hosting super responsive . If you rent a vehicle paring is easily available. Restaurants/grocery stores/ convenience stores all within walking distance. Thanks again. See you next time.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything, including the subway, the unit is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all the necessities. Host speaks English well and is exceptionally helpful. Definitely would come back. Thank you, Shinki, for making our time in Korea so pleasant.

Eun was really responsive and helpful. The location is close to bus and subway stations. It was very quiet and comfortable.

Le logement de Sunny était vraiment très bien pour une personne ça suffisait L’emplacement était parfait, en bas du métro ligne 2 (ligne la plus pratique de seoul) et à 10 minutes de Hongdae, beaucoup de restaurant et café aux alentours Le seul point négatif c’est que ça manque un peu de rangement Et j’ai eu un peu de mal à trouver l’immeuble mais Sunny m’a beaucoup aidé.

More beautiful in real life, the views are incredible as is the comfort. Locate is great, right next to the subway, a beautiful temple and a shopping mall with the famous book store but more importantly the area is still quiet. Chris was an amazing host, left clear instructions and quick to response to any questions asked. Would say here again
