Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 동탄1동

This apartment felt more like a home than a typical short-term rental. It’s thoughtfully furnished, very clean, and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The subway station is a bit of a walk away, but it’s still manageable. What really made a difference was the host: she communicated proactively, checked in on a regular basis, and responded quickly to any questions. I always felt well taken care of, which isn’t something you get everywhere. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Gangnam. The place was private and if you walk out there are lots to do. There are two convenient stores 1 minute away. Olive young was nearby as well! The room is clean and tidy with all the amenities. Conveniently located, surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants. Walking distance to the station, department store. The host communicates in a timely manner, and I enjoyed a great trip. Thank you.

This place was at a great location in Gangnam where there was so much we could walk to and so much we could easily get to via public transit. The apartment was comfortable and clean although it got dusty when we opened the window. The shower door seems to leak some water, and some extra hooks to hold wet towels would've been nice, but there's a very large closet with hangers where we hung the towels and had plenty of space for our coats. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was spacious enough to accommodate two large suitcases, and there was a mirror, two tables to store our stuff, a comfy sofa, and a standby TV. The Airbnb was very close to namyeong and soomyung women university which made it extremely convenient to get around! we did not have to constantly switch lines as the stations are already there! There are many delicious food around, a convenience store just downstairs, and the amenities were useful.

We were a family of 3 (parents and 17 year old daughter) visiting Seoul for 2 weeks to see our eldest daughter who is studying at the Sookmyung Women's University. Kenny speaks excellent English and was at the apartment to welcome us. He also organised a taxi back to the airport for us. The apartment was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It was excellently located near Hyochang Park subway which meant getting around was very easy and the local CU convenience store is just a minute away which was useful. The weather was changeable in April and the apartment was very comfortable and warm. The ensuite shower is effectively a wet room so taking a shower required a bit of preparation but there was always plenty of hot water. It was great to have a second bathroom for our daughter. We mainly ate out in Itaewon as this was convenient for our daughter and 2 of us were vegetarian and gluten free. I would highly recommend this apartment as a base in Seoul.

Good neighborhood, close to Seven Eleven and restaurants. A long way from Seoul.

Jin is a great host and has a wonderful space. It fit 9 of my family members comfortably with extra space leftover. Jin is super responsive and helpful with any questions. Would recommend this place for anyone traveling to Korea for the first time.

Very convenient location, comfortable beds. Has all the amenities a traveler would need. Be mindful of the shower wand placement or water will go outside the bathroom. For Americans, the dryer function takes 3x longer than at home so allow a min of 3.5 hrs for the dryer.

This two story house is reasonable walking distance from public transportation, as well as many local cafés and restaurants. It was a bit of a trek to/from the house with luggage due to steep inclines, narrow roads, and sloping hills, but the hosts provided detailed instructions to help guide us around. The house itself was well stocked with towels, toiletries including fragrant shower essentials, and even travel adapters for us which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and neat, equipped with comfortable bedding and individual temperature settings. We also appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer for our use. Though listed as a 2 bathroom household, it is really more like 1.5 with the upstairs unit barely having enough room for the toilet/sink so our party of six had to make do with the shower on the first floor. Jason was extremely courteous (provided large six-pack of water), gracious, and quick to respond to all and any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It was used by two people, and I was so satisfied! The decor was cutely decorated and the bed was so comfortable! Also, I was able to take pictures of the Polaroid and massage, so it was a short time, but I was able to heal! I'll use it again next time

The place had 3 rooms (kitchen area, bedroom and living room) and had everything in the apartment you need. The price was also good. One of rare and better places I have stayed on this site. The bed was soft enough, curtains to help block sunlight (rare to find) washing machines etc. The host was responsive, courteous, and professional.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything, including the subway, the unit is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all the necessities. Host speaks English well and is exceptionally helpful. Definitely would come back. Thank you, Shinki, for making our time in Korea so pleasant.

More beautiful in real life, the views are incredible as is the comfort. Locate is great, right next to the subway, a beautiful temple and a shopping mall with the famous book store but more importantly the area is still quiet. Chris was an amazing host, left clear instructions and quick to response to any questions asked. Would say here again
