Stunning cottage, very clean and tidy with a bonus of the hot tub which was easy enough to set up . Located in such a peaceful area with an easy and quick to drive into town.

Grace's house was a real treat! Nestled away in the trees overlooking the river made it feel so private and peaceful. The house itself was so cosy, clean and inviting but had plenty of space and different areas to relax. The grounds were amazing and the kids had a ball discovering the swings, hottub and reading shed. The whole place was magical and we were sad to leave. Grace was very responsive to any communication and made us feel so welcome. The house location was a great base for some of the stunning sights Donegal has to offer and we were very close to many beautiful sandy beaches. This house was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in! My partner, doggy and myself had an incredible time at Catrionas. We stayed for two nights and sat in both evenings and enjoyed the amenities. Catriona has three lovely dogs and so many cute farm animals - we were lucky enough to see baby bell as a 3 week old lamb. Most importantly Catriona was very accommodating of our dog who can be a bit funny (being very kind), she was a great host. Her place is the most perfect tranquil piece of heaven! Would recommend it to everyone :)

Absolutely stunning location, beautiful scenery and so private and peaceful. Excellent location for visiting the cliffs and beaches. The local pub offers great food and wonderful atmosphere. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly. Patrick was a very responsive host and easy to deal with.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The space was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The wood-burning hot tub was a highlight—though it took about 2–3 hours of tending the fire to heat up, it was incredibly relaxing once ready. The surrounding ponds added a peaceful, scenic touch, and we really enjoyed walking around the area. Peter was a responsive and helpful host, especially when I accidentally left something behind—he kindly let me return to pick it up. Overall, a lovely and memorable stay.

My wife and I had a lovely time at a charming little cottage. The atmosphere was cozy, and we enjoyed the sauna and hot tub immensely. We also liked having a bonfire outside for extra warmth and fun. Although it rained during our stay, we found that the cottage had good sound systems and a TV. This allowed us to listen to music and enjoy a wonderful evening indoors. Overall, we highly recommend this cottage for a relaxing getaway! :)

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely cottage and it was truly the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The setting was beautiful—peaceful and picturesque, just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cottage itself was charming, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. What really made our stay special was the excellent service and the warmth of the hosts. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and hope to return in the future! Five stars all around!

Das Cottage und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und wir hatten wundervolle 4 Tage. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein, Wasserflaschen, ein Kuchen und frische Blumen in der Küche. Das ist sehr aufmerksam gewesen und keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Der County Donegal ist sehr schön und wir haben tolle Ausflüge unternommen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Erg mooi gerestaureerd huisje op een prachtige plek bij Benbulben Mountain. Genoten van alle vogelgeluiden in de tuin. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in het huisje. Dorp Grange op fietsafstand voor boodschappen en het 'jampot café' (aanrader voor de lekkerste apple crumble en carrot cake).

Peters Place was wonderful, private. loved being on the farm with the animals. the surrounding area it was all perfect. Lots of area to walk and wonder. Peter offered great suggestions on things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The house is very well equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The view is absolutely beautiful and the location is great. The host was very kind and always responded promptly to our messages. We were very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend it!

Fijn verblijf in het huisje, met uitzicht op de baai, en op half uurtje lopen van een prachtig strand. Aankomst met brandend haardvuur en fles wijn. Marie is een geweldige host.

Beautiful stay at No.7 Musesm View. Paul was very responsive host and met us for check in and a quick tour. The cottage itself is decorated beautifully with a great well equipped kitchen, you can tell everything has had thought put into it and good quality, fantastic for whipping up a meal or relaxing with a glass of wine. Decor through the rest of the house was moody and quirky and our kids loved the place. Definitely recommend for all types of breaks, whether with kids/family or couples. Handy to local supermarkets, bars and restaurants depending on your needs.

Mary Carpenters Cottage was a magical place to stay. Warm, clean, peaceful countryside location, excellent local pubs & groceries. The host met us in person to explain how everything worked in this unique property & even provided plenty of snacks to welcome us. Even though the cottage was 200+ years old it had all the necessities for a homely stay including watching Netflix in the evening. Highly recommended!

We arrived in torrential rain and were met by the owner who quickly ushered us into the house which was warm and cosy, explained where everything was and kindly left us a lovely cake and milk in the fridge to settle us in. The house is exactly as described, comfortable beds and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Great to be able to sit out on the decking with a glass of wine after our daily travels and enjoy the view, peace & quiet. The only thing we couldn't find was a hairdryer, not sure if there was supposed to be one but it didn't matter as we all had short hair!! Our hosts were very friendly and great to have a chat to about where we were planning on visiting etc. Lots of amazing places to visit and the most beautiful beaches, so lucky with the weather during our stay...the rain came back when were were leaving. Would highly recommend staying here :-)

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Sie ist sehr komfortabel und luxuriös, gut ausgestattet, gemütlich - vor allem im Wintergarten kann man den Abend mit Blick in den Himmel ausklingen lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch den persönlichen Austausch mit Mary und Peter genossen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus aus vollem Herzen weiter, ein echtes Schmuckstück!

Such a great host and nice guy. Brian goes above and beyond. It’s such a beautiful and comfortable place and looks exactly like the picture. The outside area was very relaxing for the evenings. We hope to return again soon. Close to most attractions and Brian has great knowledge of the area and very friendly and helpful. Thank you once again for everything.

The cottage was lovely. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and it helped that when we needed them, they were only across the road and happy to come to the cottage.

Rita’s thatched cottage is a very special place to stay. The house is spacious, unique, v comfortable house and beds and cosy with underfloor heating, and an open fire. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bath and shower. The surroundings and its location are in a gorgeous part of Donegal for drives and I imagine the handiness to the beach is great for surfers. I would highly recommend.

Checking was super smooth; Donegal town is 10is minutes away; The views were amazing from the kitchen, master bedroom and living room, other rooms had really nice views as well but not the ocean. It was very clean and had a really nice vibe to it - I’d recommend this easily to anyone, the backyard is so serene - would 100% go there again
