Jochen’s home was exactly as described and as seen in the photos. Modern, large in scale, plenty of outside balconies to enjoy, stylish, exceptionally clean and close to amenities. I could not recommend this home enough. Jochen is very friendly, communicative, provides quick response to messages and is a great host. This home is very good value for money and joy to stay at. This apartment was like a ‘home away from home’ and this is one reason I’d come back. Kim

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt von zwei Tagen in der Wohnung – perfekt für uns vier! Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet: alles da, was man zum Kochen oder Waschen braucht, und sogar eine PlayStation zur Unterhaltung. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir den großzügigen Fahrradkeller – ideal für alle, die mit dem Rad unterwegs sind. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Klare Empfehlung!

The place is very convenient. 5m from the trams and 10m from the trains. The place was very tidy and neat. Inside was cool even without an AC.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in der tollen Wohnung von Peter und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt... Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich, vor allem die schönen Loungemöbel auf dem Balkon... Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach nur super, man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß an der alten Donau und in 10 Minuten an der U1 um ich dir Stadt kommen... Die Kommunikation mit Peter war super, er ist sehr freundlich und hat immer direkt reagiert... Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt....

Everything is excellent with few drawbacks: 1. Total apartment is having only ONE TOILET and very difficult for 5 persons to manage. 2. Apartment is having Washing machine but no drier. We have to dry clothes by putting on dry racks.

A very beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Vienna, it matches the vibe of the city perfectly. The bed is very comfortable and I slept great! My only complaint was that it's rather far out of the way of the main city center, but otherwise I'd happily stay here again!

Beautiful apartment and excellent location. We stayed at Roman's place for 3 days and were extremely impressed with the facilities. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet and there's lots to do nearby. Roman is an extremely helpful and responsive host and took care of all our requirements. I would highly recommend his home to other travelers.

Wonderful apartment in the center of Vienna with amazing views of St Stephan’s Cathedral. Very safe and secure building surrounded by restaurants, shopping and also easily walkable to tourist attractions. The interior is lovely, and very tastefully decorated and the huge windows open to let in fresh air and light and the sights and sounds of Vienna.

We were here for one week. Probably the best Airbnb we’ve been in. It’s big. Feels like a home - an apartment you could live in. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Bedroom has tons of storage. Great location, and about a 7 minute walk to Nestroyplatz U1 subway line. The old city center is 2km away (St-Stephan’s Cathedral). Supermarket 5 minutes away. Barbara met us at the apartment for check-in. We’d love to come back here someday.

Ottima posizione, bel appartamento. Alcuni problemi riscontrati col wifi e con il bollitore risolti in breve tempo. Un po' ostico trovare il parcheggio assegnato, nonostante le istruzioni. Ottima esperienza nel complesso, se sarà disponibile ci torneremo quando verremo a Vienna

Pia's place was exactly what we wanted for our 10 day stay in Vienna. The apartment was just as advertised -- large, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, in the heart of the inner city one block from the Opera House. We were able to check in early straight from the airport, which was incredibly helpful, and Pia was great at communication, responding to us quickly and fully. Thank you Pia for a wonderful stay in beautiful Vienna !!!

A comunicação com Isabelle foi sempre fácil, respondeu rapidamente, solucionou questionamentos e até colocou um colchão de ar a mais para minha filha. Tudo impecável no apartamento, localizado próximo ao Belvedere inferior, central, andamos por todo lado, foi uma delícia. Conforto e luxo num espaço belíssimo. A reforma na fachada só nos atrapalhou um dia por começarem cedo a fazer barulho mas como pegamos feriado não nos incomodou demais. Adoramos os mimos de boas-vindas.

We spent two very enjoyable weeks in this amazing apartment and would return in a heartbeat. The kitchen is very well appointed and we cooked several meals there. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A bonus were the double doors on the top patio that allowed us to sit inside while feeling like we were outside. The elevator was smooth and responsive, allowing us to avoid walking up 6 flights. Our contact person was responsive and friendly. This was a great location from which to explore the museums and sights in Vienna.

Diese Unterkunft liegt amvRand des neuen Sonnwendviertels und ist mit Öffis super angebunden. Der Viktor Adler Markt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse ist super!

This apartment was a joy to stay in, and Sara was a fantastic host. Would absolutely stay there again in the future.

Viihdyimme erinomaisesti Slavisan huoneistossa. Sijainti oli mainio: hyvät julkisen liikenteen yhteydet & kauppoja, ravintoloita ja erinomainen leipomo aivan nurkan takana. Slavisa reagoi välittömästi pyyntöihimme ja järjesti kaikki asiat mitä toivoimme. Majoitumme jatkossa oikein mielellämme uudestaan Slavisan erinomaisessa huoneistossa!

Individuelle Unterkunft mit Charme. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme, große Matratze, große Badewanne mit Sprudel. Wer Filme/Serien oder so schauen möchte bringe sich am besten einen Adapter mit für den Computer (HDMI kommt aus der Wand und ist mit dem Beamer verbunden. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen, sind Bus und Straßenbahn. (Linie zwei empfehlen wir, weil sie oberirdisch ist und man so viel sehen kann). Da wir sehr früh angekommen sind, haben wir auch die Erlaubnis bekommen, früher einzustecken, was wir sehr freundlich fanden. Leider hatten wir dann Probleme die Tür zu öffnen aber nach dem Telefonat mit dem AirBnB Support hat auch das geklappt. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Wien sehr genossen.
