The place is near UST, which is why we booked it to attend a graduation. The place is clean and easy to find.

Secure area with an outstanding view of Rizal park, Manila bay, and the city. Ice cold living room AC and a small bedroom AC made the place comfortably cool. Had an issue with the smart lock but our host Maria was super helpful, professional, and polite - and she diffused the problem. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended another day. Just note that if you order food service delivery- past 8pm - it gets dropped off in the P2 garage. We would stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay here specially my baby. This is the first time he enjoyed and didn’t cry staying in other place. One of the best accomodations out here in Fairview area/QC. Not only the listing was budget-friendly, the room was also pretty and tidy - perfect for staycation/getaway. It had complete features and essentials. The room itself, the bathroom and the bed linen/towels smell very nice. Everything about this listing was cozy. The neighborhood was also quiet and fairly safe to explore even at night. It's just 10-15 min ride away from SM Fairview or Fairview Terraces. The hosts and their assistant had been very kind and generous (esp regarding flexible check in/out) during the whole stay. Highly-recommended.

Everything was fantastic, it’s just the AC was a bit hot inside, we had to use 2 fans for us to feel the cool inside the bedroom.

We had a great stay at this condo over the weekend! The place was clean, well-kept, and had a really cozy vibe. It was just right for the two of us, and the location made it easy to get around. The host was super easy to communicate with, which made everything even smoother. Would totally recommend this spot for couples looking for a relaxing break.

Our stay at Sea Haven 88 Beach house was one of the best. Upon arrival, the caretakers (Ate Rose and Kuya) warmly greeted us and guided us through the house rules around the house. They were kind and patient with all our queries and requests. Like Ms. JA, who answered all our inquiries before our trip. During our stay, we had the most fun with the billiards and swimming pool. Their original videoke was broken but they had a rented one which added to the fun. They also have a mini library with books and boardgames for those introvert-type guests. The kitchen was complete, we no longer needed to bring anything for cooking. Although they changed the rooms, they were bigger and prettier than we expected. The pictures didn't serve the justice of how cool and awesome were the rooms, even the room with 3 bunk beds. Overall, the place is a chance to feel at home in a beach front house. My family enjoyed and appreciated the warm welcome!

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Love the place, super clean, and they have everything we need. the unit owner is very kind, generous & always responsive. unit is very homey, love the bed, and pillows are very comfy. Di ka rin mahihirapan maghanap ng food kasi may grocery and convenience store paglabas ng lobby. I would recommend this place lalo na if need nyo ng place na maoagstay-an if may event sa big dome and new frontier theater.

The host was so friendly and made me and my sister feel safe. To our surprise the house came with a personal guide and he helped us with transportation and recommendations for things to do in the Philippines. We had so much fun and will definitely plan to come back.

I had an amazing stay at Caye’s place! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were provided, including some board games and Wi-Fi. The location was perfect – close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still quiet at night. Check-in was seamless, and Caye was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.
