Family-friendly holiday rentals in Doña Ana County

Lovely little home away from home. Had a great time visiting with family and using this as a landing spot. Comfy bed and everything you need in the kitchen. You need to request to use the laundry if you want to wash clothes. The host was super responsive. I think if we had asked to use the laundry they would have responded promptly.

Area was quiet. Very clean home. Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the pool. Has amazing views! Host is attentive to needs.

Nate’s place was amazing and he was the perfect host! Plenty of space with every amenity thought through. Nate was out of town when we stayed, but he made sure we had everything we needed to get in easily and he was super responsive if/when we had any questions. The home is perfection and is located in the most lovely area with lots of boutique shops and restaurants nearby. There was also a farmers market happening while we were there with several local artists selling jewelry, art, food, etc. Nate also offered us a later checkout so my kids could take me to a Mother’s Day breakfast before we drove home, which was super kind. We really could not have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again when visiting Las Cruces. 💛

The home was spacious, and clean. The pool was private and spacious and due to the heat was the center of our visit. The home was comfortable, we had plenty of beds for everyone and if you need a food place recommendation try Bowie which is a really good patisserie with burritos and awesome apple fritters.

I would happily stay with Cindy again. Her home was clean, smelled great, had great amenities, the bedrooms were spacious, the view from the backyard hot tub were stunning! Cindy was a great host and very responsive. I would highly recommend this home if you are in the El Paso area. We hope to come back again.

Beautiful home, everything was labeled and easy to find. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable. Look forward to booking again! The pool was great as well as the jacuzzi, they even had pool floaties for use. 100% recommend booking this listing if you’re in the las cruces area!

The unit is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Aside from not having my dog with me, I felt like I was at home. The beds were comfortable, unit was clean, and the location of the house was in a quiet area. Don’t be afraid of the surrounding neighborhood, LC is an old town but the people are pleasant and mostly peaceful. I arrived last Monday due to an unexpected family emergency. I’ve not rented units from Air BnB before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Needless to say, I am surprised by how comfortable I was. The hosts are very friendly and communicative. They have several units and this one was by far my favorite. Don’t miss out on the chance to rent this unit. The unit comes with wash and dryer, oven/stove, two bathrooms, two beds, and a small nook to be used as a study or office space.

place was perfect! Very quiet, safe and close to campus. Host was very helpful and responsive.

A shipping container home is a first for me. Way better than I expected. The AC was amazing and powerful. The double doors opened so you can see the sun rise if you wanted to. Very nice and unique spot

We couldn’t be happier with Martin’s charming place. The location was perfect to get to any part of the city with quick and easy access to the highways. Martin is incredibly responsive and kind. We definitely plan to say here again next time we are in town.

The location for what we need it is wonderful and convenient! No problems and the little hiccup we had was on the cooling system but I'm sure that will be fixed by the time we go back. Over all super excited to stay once again!

We rented this apartment for 2 months for our 23-year-old college student daughter who had a summer internship in New Mexico and it could not have worked out better. The accommodations and amenities were perfect for her. The apartment is in a safe and very quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the downtown area. Emily was a great host and very responsive, answering every question within an hour. In fact, on the first day there was a problem with the smoke detector and within a couple of hours it was replaced. Our daughter was invited back for another internship next summer and loved this apartment so much that she will definitely consider staying there again.

I’ve stayed at Tim and Yanick’s properties multiple times when making the trip through Las Cruces. Always comfortable and clean. Bonus they are dog friendly.

A charming 2-bedroom casita, newly redecorated. Very comfortable, with off-street parking and everything else we needed. Mary Lu was an outstanding host. We arrived a day early (without realizing it), called her (late at night), and she was extremely gracious about getting us into the house. She is a very warm person and was always responsive to any concerns we had. We would definitely stay with her again.

Beautiful tile work throughout the home! Some cosmetic issues but, well worth price.

Staying at the pool house oasis was exactly what we expected! A little hard to locate the correct light switch and we could not find garage bag replacements however the hosts were very helpful and accommodating on check in/out times especially generous while we were traveling with an infant! The pool was nice, a little chilly but we didn’t request the pool heater to be on!

The condo is very charming and comfortable. The kitchen has all of the necessary tools for cooking a family meal. It is centrally located near old Mesilla with easy access to highways. Merry Lee was very responsive to my texts. We would like to stay here again!

We had to scramble to find a place after the first Airbnb was double booked. NMS graduation weekend. Luckily found David’s listing — it was a very nice condo (2 bd/2bath). And he accepted my 8 lb dog. It was clean, the beds were nice and it was located conveniently to other family members, great restaurants, and the university. When I saw the listing, I did not remember it stating being on the second floor with a lot of steps. That was fairly difficult for me, but I had my daughter and SIL with me, so they did the loading and unloading of car for all of us. David said he would check to make sure that the second floor and steps were listed. The three of us were pleased with the rental and would highly recommend for others.

Adrian and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked as were linens and towels and basic bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo etc). Check-in and check-out was pretty seamless. The house was very clean, we did have to clean the pool quite a bit when we arrived but were assured it had been cleaned earlier that day and it was likely wind and heat that contributed to leaves and insects ending up in the pool (which we did experience during our stay but were able to clean the pool ourselves). The house is in a good location with groceries and restaurants etc close by. Also convenient location to the sunbowl stadium.
