Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. A very extensively renovated knight's hall apartment grants a wonderful view of the natural surroundings. The heart of the apartment is the new fully equipped kitchen within the Knight’s Hall (78 m 2). Uniquely, The huge fireplace and the baroque stucco work come from the 18th century dominates the rear wall of the Knight’s Hall apartment. The spacious bathroom (19 m 2) and the bedroom (23 m 2) were also freshened up in 2018. In addition to the outdoor seating area, a parking space is available.

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

The apartment is perfect for families with children, whether big or small, or for people with disabilities, as it is very spacious and everything is on one level. The large cozy terrace invites you to the back for a cozy dinner or just go down a bit. The playground & pump track as well as the ice rink are within a 3-minute walk. An outdoor swimming pool is right in the neighboring village.

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

The middle apartment of the Alphüttli offers a large balcony with a view of the mountains. It is generously furnished and can be combined with the Jägerstübli. This means that up to 10 guests (incl. 2 sofa beds). (In February, bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday.)
