We spent the weekend as a family, arrived at night on the spot, and everything was perfect. The pictures really don't live up to the space, in person everything is much more beautiful, new and organized. In the house there was everything we need, from bowls to coffee cups. The parents of Caesar extremely kind and caring. We will definitely return at another time. We had a lot of fun and felt at home. We didn't even want to go away to tell the truth, a beautiful place of great peace, which yielded good memories.

The house is great , it has a very nice structure, very airy, has the necessary skiing, the leisure area is good, it could have a totó to play because there is plenty of space, more other than that👏, for children great

It was all great, wonderful, proper for families with children, space, amenities, outdoor area, bedding, table and bath, etc… Tatiana very kind, quiet, proactive, good exchange and connection, beautiful days that we spent in the city and the surroundings and in the house.

The site exceeded all my expectations and that of my family. The atmosphere is perfect and very close to the Great Victory. if you want to spend a weekend in the quiet, comfort and in touch with nature, this place is perfect. despite being a condominium of houses, the experience of contact with nature is very strong, as inside the house you feel isolated from the outside world. i recommend without any doubt. finally Leonardo is a great host.

What a wonderful place, I felt so good in this place that I didn't want to leave, I was even sad when I left kkk. My 1 yearly son took advantage of it a lot, walked, was in the neighbors ( who, by the way, are mega friendly), played in the pula pula, it was in the waterfall and much more… Carla is a love, super friendly, made a treat for my husband and me. My family and I stayed from 02/02/25 to 02/05/25, and we liked the place so much that we decided to stay another 5 days, leaving only on the 9th. The place is surrounded by dense forest, and tranquility is guaranteed by the sounds of nature. The temperature is much milder than Vitória, which was close to 36°C when we were there; on site, the maximum is 31°C, and when it reaches this value, it begins to drop drastically. Everything was very clean and organized. The house has a huge balcony that surrounds the property, with hammocks and a great leisure area, with a barbecue. The photos of the place don't do justice to the beauty of the place, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If you are looking for rest and peace, this is the place to be. A warning: don't forget to bring repellent, because, due to the wooded area, it is necessary. The host was excellent, providing all the guidance and maintaining fast and effective communication, in addition to going to the site to make a cable and turn on the power generator. I'll be back!

About the property, it is a very new apartment and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a good stay, linens, towels, utensils, good Wi-Fi and etc. It is very well located, close to Rua do Lazer, supermarkets, a wine shop, snack bars and a pharmacy. Nildo was an excellent host, attentive, polite and always with good tips on what to do, I recommend it.

Our stay at Thiago's place was simply perfect! The house is even better than in the photos: spacious, super comfortable, extremely clean and with a very pleasant environment. A great differential is that they accept pets, wonderful for those who travel with their four-legged companion! The location is great, close to everything we needed, which made our routine much easier. Thiago is an exceptional host: super attentive, helpful and always available to help with whatever you need. Each detail demonstrates the care and concern in providing the best experience possible. Without a doubt, it exceeded all our expectations! Super recommend with my eyes closed and to leave a suspense, the view from the room is charming.❤️

The apartment was very clean . It has a very beautiful view of the balcony, towards Pedra Azul. Very ventilated. I was satisfied and recommend it.

The apartment is really nice!! Large and comfortable bed. Very spacious bathroom and living room. Extremely well decorated and with everything needed for an available stay. The location next to the best pizzeria and the best brewery in the region is very good, as you can walk both. Lorian welcomed us very well too. I highly recommend!!

In relation to Lorian, I can say that she was a very helpful, friendly, helpful and available person with us, always worried if we were in need of anything, if we were enjoying it, finally, if our experience was being good. With regard to the flat, it is exactly what is shown in the photos. We stayed at number 4. We found the accommodation very cozy, super clean (including bed and bath linens) and very well cared for, all brand new. Finally, I would like to point out that the location is perfect, being just a few meters from the Ronchi brewery and the Vallino pizzeria, that is, if you like to drink, it is the best option because there is no need to use a car.
