The apartment, recently renovated, offers two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a third room with the possibility of setting up an additional single bed. The kitchen is large and bright. Various appliances and utensils are available, including a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave oven, a moka coffee pot... The climate is independent. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.
