The terrace has a beautiful view of the Bohemian Forest and Šumava. Outdoor children's play area. Parking right on the fenced property. The entire property is situated to the southeast. There is a covered terrace with seating, as well as a place for barbecuing. Maximum number of guests 8, ideally 6 + 2 extra beds. 1 km away from the swimming pool.

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

The house is located in Šumava region, 3 km from Nýrsko. It lies on the periphery of the village Hodousice, in a remote area by the woods and meadows. The house has max. capacity 27 people in 4 apartments with a total of 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchens and 3 living rooms. It also has a lounge with fireplace with many tables and chairs for sitting together and children's corner. The house has a garden with terrace, barbecue and children's playground. The pets are not allowed.

Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Bernartice 3 km from the natural swimming pool Sycherák and overlooking the beautiful Bohemian Forest Mountains. It is an ideal starting point for hiking, as well as for cycling. The holiday cottage is a former property of a forge that underwent a complete renovation at the turn of 2024/2025. In the renovation, the emphasis was placed on preserving the original appearance of the property.

The cottage is equipped with a bathroom which contains a spacious shower area. The top floor is intended for sleeping. It is equipped with high-quality mattresses, bedding and bedlinen. There is 1 double bed 180 x 200 cm and 2 single bed 80 x 200 cm.
