Comfortable house with spectacular views across town to mountains beyond; fabulous sunsets. 5 dble bdrms each w. bathrm and beautiful view. 4 bdrms have french windows on to terraces/patios. Plus large casita w. dble bdrm (available but with additional charge). SO WITH THE CASITA, 12 GUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED. Big garden w. 30x10' pool ***(solar-panel heated, but never VERY warm), large gas BBQ. Internet throughout house, 43 inch TV. *** May 6 2024 Pool not usable till May 10.

The house is very unique and original with lots of natural light filtering throughout, open and airy. The pool is private and heated by solar panels and a heat pump. There is a kid-friendly pool for the little ones to enjoy. The garden can be enjoyed by the whole family, including your pets. This is a super quiet and calm area of San Miguel de Allende where you will be able to truly relax. IMPORTANT: THIS HOME IS IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA. - LOUD PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED.

The most amazing property to rent in dowtown. Awarded for its design. 5 spacious bedrooms with individual bathrooms and TV screens. Two kitchen areas fully equipped, 10 persons dinning room and a luxurious living room with a TV lounge. High speed internet and Netflix along with a beautiful terrace with a magnificent view of the whole city; it counts with a fire pit, grill, a beautiful dinning set and sitting space for exterior.
