The apartment has everything for a good accommodation and has a good location

We enjoyed staying at Veronica's place and would do so again in the future. The response time was always quick and helpful, and the check-in was easy. We enjoyed the area as it was a fairly quick walk to the beautiful old town center and nice and quiet.

It’s a beautiful apartment with beautiful sunrise view . We loved the space . Great space to cook meals . Kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans . The bed linen was nice enough . Comfortable bed . ACs in all places was a plus . Only issue is that there is no one to communicate after 8 pm . If you have a query , no one responds . Overall beautiful space . Andy and her husband are super friendly, welcoming and provided helpful info about how to quickly settle in. I stayed for 3 weeks. The apartment is inside a somewhat private, shared courtyard area. It's on the ground floor with an apartment above you. It provided more than ample space for one person. All of the equipment and appliances were functioning. The kitchen provide sufficient utensils, cooking pots/pans and flatware for 2/3 people and storage space for a weeks worth of groceries. The single bed is slightly firm (perfect for me). Andy provided ample drinking water in 20L jugs upon request. The apartment is a little dated nonetheless it was a great value given the location and peaceful atmosphere.

First the positive. We loved the location. The view from the balcony was awesome and a great place to spend the morning reading a book and having a cup of coffee as the sun was rising. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well equiped. The development is modern and pleasing and safe to walk about. There was a charcoal BBQ on the roof patio which was great. Judith and Eduardo are wonderful hosts. 10 out of 10. They were attentive, proactive, and very responsive to any questions we had. Now for the n not so positive. Bit of work walking the steeper portions of the roads if coming in from Centro but manageable if you have a bit of stamina. We did it daily for 6 weeks. Some of the neighbors like to party into the wee hours on a few weekend. Lastly, there is no TV in the living room. If we were short stay it wouldn't have been an issue. For our longer stay heading for the bedroom to watch TV after dinner was odd for us.

Super nice !!! As in the photos, a good location always attentive to what we would occupy. We would definitely return...

Carla’s apartment is located in a beautiful, recently developed residential property called Quinta Tenerias in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The apartment is very spacious, nicely decorated and clean with lots of amenities and a wonderful balcony. On the rooftop of Quinta Tenerias there are two terraces. One with a jacuzzi, and both with great views of San Miguel de Allende. Sharon, the manager of Quinta Tenerias, does a fantastic job running the property and was so helpful with a very late check-in. Henry, the concierge, was also so helpful with bookings and attentive to any needs. In short, this is simply a wonderful place to stay in a wonderful city!

Really great experience for me and my family, the apartment is 10/10. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity, you feel at home for the comfort, amenities and certainly the toilet. Condominium with great amenities, easy and simple access to various places, you have supermarkets, restaurants, medical service, etc less than 5 minutes away. And the hosts are excellent, good communication and are attentive to everything.

Highly recommended, specially for large families. Might not be ideal for people looking for a lively walkable atmosphere, but short drive from downtown

We were in the middle of a move and one of us recovering from surgery. This was a perfect haven away from the chaos to recuperate while looking out at the peaceful patio and rest in quiet after a day of packing. Marcos was also very flexible and responsive when we had any questions and when we needed to add more dates. It’s also a really cute neighborhood with lots of green space.

The apartment is very conveniently located (near the central square of San Miguel). It has all the necessary utensils to feel comfortable, to be able to cook (if you want), heaters in the rooms (which are very useful at this time of year), permanent water in jugs, and good-sized rooms with comfortable beds. It was a very good choice to go with the family and enjoy San Miguel The only thing they should check is the access to hot water in the showers, which is limited (in the sinks and in the kitchen the hot water comes out well).

The Manager Kris and his wife were the best Airbnb managers we’ve ever had. A wonderful check in with them and they drove us around to show us the area and addressed every issue we had promptly and satisfactory. I highly recommend this. Home and chris is the manager. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very well, we really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The subdivision is very nice and quiet, the large pool, all very accessible and good location.

The place was perfect for what we needed, very comfortable and clean. The directions were very clear. The atmosphere is very family friendly. The only detail is that one of the bathrooms was covered since we arrived, so the water didn't go away and we couldn't use it, I wrote to report it but I didn't get help. From there in out everything is fine, thank you so much!
