Bienvenue à la maison ! 😊 Maison familiale, propre et entretenue… mais PAS sortie d’usine ! PMR, tout au rez-de-chaussée. 45 min Nancy – 40 min Épinal, 10 min A31 Châtenois. Terrasse, pétanque, commerces à 3 min. ⚠️ Ici, c’est « comme à la maison » : une toile d’araignée peut faire sa vie, un tiroir peut ne pas être rangé au millimètre, et quelques traces de vie sont possibles. 😄 Je vous accueille avec soin : ce n’est PAS un hôtel aseptisé.
