The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

This house is our family heritage. It has been recently redecorated, respecting the old spirit of the place. Our father is a carpenter and this house is impersonating his incredible skills. Each member of our family has given part of himself into this project and that is what makes the house special and cozy.
