Ce petit gîte au charme de la campagne avec pierres apparentes, est au sein du domaine d'Empié, conçu comme un hameau. Il est indépendant, sans mitoyenneté, avec terrasse privée côté verger. L'été, le domaine possède des tables de pique-nique dans les bois, un salon d'été, un terrain de pétanque, une laverie (accessible sur demande, 5€/machine) La piscine 8,75x3,75m permet de se détendre, se rafraîchir au calme. Tout est fait pour que vous vous y sentiez bien, se déconnecter de son quotidien.

Welcome to our gorgeous country home nestled in rolling, forested hills. Enjoy an exceptional 180° view of the Dordogne while swimming in our infinity pool (open May to October only) or hot tub (available all year). Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Idéal pour les séjours en famille, entre amis, ou pour accueillir séminaires et retraites dans un cadre paisible.

Pretty detached stone house at the end of a small private hamlet in an 8-hectare estate surrounded by nature. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

Le logement est proche de restaurants, d’activités adaptées aux familles, de la vie nocturne, de la rivière et principalement des sites touristiques importants dans la région.

Stunning Dordogne holiday house & heated pool

Les Brandes is perfect for a complete retreat from the pressure of daily life. Two lovely stone houses and a large heated private pool sit at the end of a track, surrounded by woodland and pasture. The two houses offer great flexibility for a group of family or friends, with space for 9. If you are a smaller group you can rent one cottage for a reduced price (except in July & August). The cottages will never be let independently of each other.

Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!

You are very welcome at our farmhouse. The farm is in a quiet and rural location. The property is suitable for 9 people and has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room and a cozy kitchen diner. Outside there is a covered veranda with barbecue, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a beautiful garden with a playground, a private swimming pool and a hottub.
