Old sheepfold in a dominant position adjacent to the holm oak loop, a few minutes walk from the village of Roque-Gageac. Enjoy a superb view of the Dordogne Valley at the edge of the forest. Inside, a large living room, two attic bedrooms, shower room, toilet, then a second part kitchen/dining room and upstairs, bedroom, shower room/toilet. Outside, a large covered terrace, a swimming pool hugging the contours of the cliff and the holm oak forest.

In an old farmyard and a private setting, you will be ideally placed to discover the cultural heritage of the Périgord Noir and its many activities. Only 800 m separates the cottage from the Dordogne River where you can practice many leisure activities such as canoeing, swimming, fishing and hiking.

"La Bonne Etoile" is located in the heart of Périgord Noir. This charming, bright and warm house, facing south, will seduce you with its quiet environment, its private heated swimming pool (6 m x 4 m x 1.20 m), offering a superb view of the surrounding countryside. Possibility to book for a minimum of 3 nights off season, 7 nights minimum (from Saturday to Saturday) for the months of July and August.

Unusual and cozy, charming house backed by the cliff. In a small pedestrian alley, right next to the tropical gardens, in the middle of the village of La Roque Gageac. Mild climate at all times due to its south-facing exposure. And thanks to the protection of the cliff, of which you will find a piece in the living room and bedroom.
