Monthly Rentals in Doi Suthep

You will stay in a separate house with a loft bedroom. On 1st floor, there are living room, bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen is in separate space with good ventilation so it's perfect for longer stays There's a second story building right next to it rented to other Airbnb guests. Only thing you will share with them is the washer in the yard This place had a nice little front yard patio with a table and benches. It was a perfect spot for doing anything reading, web browsing, eating, etc.. Mind the mosquitoes though Neighbourhood is a small village that's built around wat Pongnoi. It's a small Buddhist temple. Not significantly well known to tourists, but certainly a local religious hub for Thai people nearby. Only downside is the noise. If you're not familiar with Thai street noise, you will not be happy here. The street is full of traffic noise and dogs barking. Everything kinda settles down after sunset. But I used earplugs for sleeping. So beware.

My family and I loved the place. It was exactly as shown in the listing. Had a power outage when we arrived, kind of common in Chiang mai, but the host was incredibly responsive and she handled the issue well although she was out of town. Location wise, right opposite are 7/11 and mini Lotus, 5-10 mins to the nearest Big C and Makro. Close to the airport but far enough as we couldn't hear the planes Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book it again for our next visit.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.
