This is the most comfortable home I’ve ever stayed in. I came here to focus on my work, and it was perfect. The place is calm and peaceful—just what I needed.

The house was especially cozy, Eva and her husband answered us immediately any questions, And went beyond and beyond to help us. We arrived on Rosh Hashanah and the local brigade was closed, and Eva tried very hard to offer us other great solutions. Those who want to spend a lot of time in the city center is a bit far But it suited us because we wanted rest. Thank you so much Eva and Georg!!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! What a beautiful place half an hour out of the madness of Chiang Mai. So well situated for exploring all the surrounding area. And after a day out you come back to the absolute peace and soothing sounds of nature. The bungalow was so beautifully done, with Taeng providing fresh bread… incredible! I absolutely loved staying at this place. They were so welcoming we instantly felt we had arrived at another place to call home. Can’t recommend enough! You will need a car or at least a scooter to get the most of the location as there are many places to see in different directions. But you could very easily just sit and take it all in for a couple of days..

Beautiful spot for relaxing .

The place is incredibly peaceful and absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature that makes you feel so relaxed the moment you arrive. The villa itself is very clean, cozy, and well taken care of. Every corner felt welcoming, and even the extra bed was surprisingly comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a luxury mattress! Perfect for both small families and groups of friends who want to spend real quality time together. The atmosphere is quiet, safe, and ideal for unwinding. On top of that, the host was really helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made the experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge and make beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a calm escape from the city, and I would love to come back again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed 7 nights and it wasn’t enough. An awesome base for taking trips around the area if you want a gorgeous and peaceful setting. Paul is a great cook and the lobby, dining area is so grand and impressive. Loved all the Thai decor and buildings. Water lilies blooming in the ponds! Dolly arranged two massages for me in their spa. It is literally a compound with everything you need! They did our laundry, took us places and helped us arrange trips- absolutely everything we needed was provided. Dolly and Paul are so kind and welcoming. The room was immaculate and cleaned each day. The pool area is GORGEOUS and should be in a magazine. I can’t say enough great things about Jasmine Hills! We got to use their bikes, see the rice harvested with the temples on the hill in the background! Paul took us on several outings and is so informative and smart. Absolutely I would highly recommend to stay here!!!!

Walter's place was the perfect base while we attended a wellness retreat at Tao Garden with Master Mantak Chia. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the bathroom was modern and clean. We loved the sounds of nature surrounding us, from the birds to crickets and treafrogs, it was wonderful waking up to a whole symphony of animal sounds. Walter is a kind and generous host. We really enjoyed his early morning and evening Qigong classes during our retreat, as he is a senior instructor at Tao Garden. There is a kitchen and washing machine on site that guests can use, which made our 10 day stay even more convenient. I definitely recommend Waju Residence!

A truly wonderful and chill place with an amazing host! The appartment is super cozy and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Surrounded by endless green fields, it's the perfect spot to relax . So glad to have met Jeffrey — see you again ;)

Fantastic stay with a great host. Good WiFi, good instructions, affordable, free bicycles to get around. Be mindful it is a remote area so you may need to rent a motorbike to conveniently get into Chiang Mai, shopping ect. I was able to use the free bicycles for shopping for groceries. The rooms are a bit open and exposed. There is a smoking area right next to the room and sometimes people can talk there at night time. So privacy isn’t spectacular but thankfully the residents were mostly very quiet and it was a very peaceful stay.

stayed for 2 weeks and would give this experience more stars if I could. Anthanas's place is quiet, comfortable, spacious and very clean. You can't ask for more while visiting. Anthana herself is a true gem... friendly and respectful! Just a very nice person! We've threatened to kidnap her 3 cats (joking), they are awesome 😎. Highly recommend!!!

Great apartment and one of the best Condos in Tilland. Everything is intact and well maintained. Lived for a month, recommend.

lulu's house location is fantastic, it is convenient to buy and eat around.And lulu hubby meat brother is also very great, check in and gave us a detailed introduction to the main points of Chiang Mai tourism, and any problems can be solved in time. The washing machine in the room is a particularly nice place to play, it was tired for a day, and the washing machine provided too much convenience. The stay in the house is very comfortable and feels like at home.Later Chiang Mai lhlu home is preferred.

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

Great condo, booking again next year

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

The apartment at the Astra Condo was so great. We felt so incredibly comfortable. Check-in was super easy, the apartment was modern, very clean and fully equipped. The location is ideal for quickly reaching everything. Arthit is super kind and communication was always easy and courteous. We would have loved to stay much longer.

I have stayed at various Airbnb places in Chiang Mai since 2022. With no though that Aon's condo was the ultimate Airbag experience for me in Chiang Mai. I was so impressed with every fine details that she placed at the condo, including the clean wine glasses, cookware, utensils, soft bed, ahd soaking bathtub. She even installed a safety net to prevent the accident on the balcony. I have a shower water filter to remove the harmful ingredients from tap water in my house. You will find it here too. The ultimate Aurbnb experience and better than most five star hotel experience in Chiang Mai.
